I had some tile I wanted to get rid of and called Dave because he was in the zip code and we made a deal. He asked me if I could store them for a while, whilst he made arrangements. He canceled the day before the pick up which was a couple of weeks after we met, then subsequent he flaked on me again. He sent guys to my house to take the tile but when I asked for the cash first he told me the deal was off. I thought this was very odd and he still hasn't explained why, truly bizarre!

Vintage roof tile is great. Everybody is real friendly and they always have the hard to find tiles that nobody else has.

Big Thanks to Dave! I needed a big bulk of tiles for the 200 unit complex I maintain. i couldn't settle on just any color. After weeks of searching Dave Called me out of the blue wanting me to look at a possible match. He drove to me and sure enough they were a perfect match. I purchased and unloaded them on the spot. The home owners association board are estatic, and i am too. Thanks again Dave!

Recently my house was damaged due to termite and found myself in need of replacement edge tiles. Came here after not being successful with the big box stores for replacements as my tiles are the older cement S style. When I came into the yard it was much like a rock quarry with loads of roof tile as far as the eye could see. I was helped immediately and found a suitable replacement and was treated very well by the help available at the time.

He even loaded it for me. The next closest roof tile yard, I was told, would have been concord and then maybe Sacramento. As my only real option, it was a good one. Word of caution if you plan to visit. Google Maps won't get you here as it is in a back yard on an in road and does not sit on a main street. You have to drive through the backs of buildings to get to it.

Even as others have reported ( and I reported too ) google maps just doesn't know where this place is. But i called, got directions and got the roof tiles that i needed. Don't expect a luxury location but just great service and the roof tiles that you need. Hope these small business continue to thrive.

Directions are wrong. They put me in the parking lot of Ferguson Plumbing. Vintage roof tile is the bordering neighbor on the other side of the fence. But you have to take an entirely different street to get there. The street is just before pick n pull on your left. Vintage roof tile, located next to Davey Tree and King Crane lots. Vintage roof tile rating is 5 stars, but Google map directions are 0 stars.

Some roof tile fell off of a vintage roof tile truck and hit my car. It took out my headlight. John was a complete professional about the situation and provided the assistance I needed to get back on the road. If you have any roof tile needs I encourage you to choose this business. They are honest and professional! It made what could have been a huge hassle much better.

I would never refer this company to anyone. I called about four replacement tiles and got a quote of $12.50 each. I drive to the place to buy the four I needed and now for some reason they went up to $15 each. So be it! So they put them in the back of my truck and I drive home. When I went to unload them two had broke. For no other reason then driving home.

I called hoping they would replace them since they loaded them back there and they refused. At $15 a tile I was pissed to have to purchase them again when I did nothing to break them. They should have padded them or put them in the truck cab if they broke so easy. I think they r horrible customer service and totally wrong with not working with me on this replacement matter.me calling them on it only response was to hang up on me on the phone!

Don't shop there. They r horrible! If u have too. Make sure u do ur own loading because they will not do it right or tell u how fragile they can be when driving in a car! Shame on them. Ripping people off. Not backing their products. D. Shull
