This location was a half block away from where the brothers were born and raised on SW Findlay Street. As the company grew they needed to expand and a new location was needed to help facilitate this growth.They also wanted to be able to offer better pricing to their customers by buying certain items in bulk, so they purchased a property that had both office space and a warehouse.

This company gave me the runaround and wasted weeks of my time. I set up an inspection appointment. (Appointments were running a few weeks out.) Their estimator no showed to the appt. I called, front desk said estimator would call back in 5. Never heard from him. I called back Monday, similar process. Promised a callback in a few minutes. Estimator Daniel called back 3 hours later, blamed me for the issue contacting me, said they couldn't access or deal with our roof, didn't do inspections, said they would typically refer this job to a commercial roofer but didn't have any suggestions. I felt he was just saying whatever until I got off his plate. Totally unhelpful and borderline rude.

Great locally owned and operated business. The entire team is so professional and was incredibly understanding and flexible when one of our other subcontractors was running way over schedule, preventing A Better Roofing from starting their work as scheduled. Thank goodness for their professional handling of a stressful situation for us to be caught in!
The roof looks amazing and the install impeccable. They left the yard pristine (as pristine as a totally destroyed-from-other-construction yard can be). Their crew was fast and efficient. 10/10 we are so glad we did business with A Better Roofing Company. They are one of the few subcontractors we've worked with who have delivered on time as promised and been zero fuss or headache to work with. Love them!

The estimate appointment, installation, and walkthrough/inspection were all done efficiently and thoroughly. The roof on my garage blew off during one of the winter wind storms. A Better Roofing Company was great to deal with. They came when they said, gave us a really reasonable estimate, and did a temporary repair before we even agreed to the work. A week later we called back to agree to the estimate. They were realistic with their scheduling and accurate with their estimate. My insurance even complimented them for not engaging in seasonal price gouging. A Better Roofing Company was a pleasure to work with. I will recommend them to everyone.

This business did an outstanding job from beginning quote - installation - cleanup. They were on time - worked efficiently all day and even cleaned up neighbors yards for any small debris that was left. All their employees I talked to was very friendly. The crew worked efficiently. They were quick and clean up was great. Their check list was great to have in knowing what they planning to do especially including cleaning up the gutters. Very fair estimates and they are very knowledge and accommodating. A Better Roofing Company did a fantastic job on my new roof. Alan was terrific with the estimate and getting me all set up. I had an actively leaky roof and they weren't able to schedule me for a few months but they came and nailed down plastic sheeting to stop the leak in the meantime. Day of, they arrived promptly and got to work, and 5 hours later the old roof was gone, new roof was on, and you could hardly tell anyone had been here.
Unfortunately the delivery truck had to drive on my parking strip to deliver the shingles and created some pretty deep ruts in the lawn, but they are delivering dirt to repair this. Roof looks great, and I couldn't be happier!

Their quote came in well under every other bid that we got from their competitors. I was slightly concerned that a cheaper bid would mean I was sacrificing workmanship, which was not the case. Their work exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Our roof looks great and they stayed within the time frame they quoted. From the estimator coming out giving the quote, to the final walk through and invoice, this was probably the best experience I've had with a company.
