My roof was leaking in 3 separate places. I called around for a few quotes, including A Licensed Roofing Company (ALRC). They sent two people over to review, and the next day, provided me with a quote that included photos and detailed analysis of the damage. That same week, the work was scheduled, and completed. ON TIME. I received and email describing the finished product, new photos, and a warranty disclaimer. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive.but, in my opinion.the BEST.

I have had A Licensed Roofing Company do several different types roof repairs on my home and each time I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work performed by Randy, Julio and the crew. It was such a pleasure doing business with this company. Sarah the owner is amazing. Yes. It is woman owned and that was my initial reason for calling as soon as I saw their work sign at one of my neighbor's houses. Sarah did not try to upsell me or scare me into redoing my entire roof like other roofers. She explained the issues on the roof and the priorities. I was very happy with the Response time and the quality of service from Sarah and Randy's Team. I had a roof leak and they were quick to take a look at it. I had a quote within the next day ( A very good price) compared to others. They showed up the next day right on time and finished the job within 2 hours. Definitely a go to if you have any roofing issues and need it fixed before the rainy season.

A Licensed Roofing Company has a great response time. We had workers to our place to give us a quote within a day of placing the call. They showed us pictures of the damaged spots and prepared the estimate by the next morning. We had workers on our roof within the week to dry-in the roof. Not only was the quote $1,000 less than the previous company, but they actually responded and completed the job within 2 days of signing the contract. Replacing/fixing the roof of your home is stressful. We called so many companies and received many proposals. I am SO GLAD we went with A Licensed Roofing. Sarah and Randy are the owners of the company and THEY are the ones you will work with. They genuinely care about their clients. They gave my husband and I their cell phone numbers just in case we had any questions at all. (And we spoke with them everyday while the work was being done.) My roof was in very bad shape.

They gave us a reasonable estimate AND told me about the potential things that may possibly add to that price. (For us, we replaced more plywood than anticipated. But they showed us what needs to be changed and why, so we completely understood the additional cost.) The point man on site was Julio. He is very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions regarding the specifics of my roof.

The workers did a phenomenal job cleaning up every single day. If you go with ALR (and I reccomend you do) you won't regret it. Also, the workers accidentally tore a hole in my screen enclosure and A Licensed Roofing hired a screen company to come and fix that for us free of charge as soon as the roof was done.

I was recommended A Licensed Roofing Company by my neighbor so I chose them and two other companies to get estimates for a new shingle roof. A Licensed Roofing Company gave me the best priced estimate of the three, so I called them to schedule the job. Randy and Sarah came out the next day to my house and went over the procedure and warranty information.

Early the following morning, the roofing crew came and went to work. Next thing I know, I've a beautiful, new roof at the same price they quoted. They also replaced some of the fascia, and soffits as well. They painted this to match the house too. The crew, thankfully, did a good job cleaning up the mess after they were done. I was gathering quotes for the repair of my flat roof over my back patio when I saw Randy from "A Licensed Roofing Company" standing on my neighbor's roof. Randy Harris, owner of A Licensed Roofing Company, did some repair work for our condominium back in early 2009.
