Jim is totally straight up, has all the options but doesn't try and sell you on something you don't need (like high end venting for a little 50's ranch). Good communication and a great crew that really knew what they were doing. Completed the job quickly and clean. The price was very reasonable, lowest quote I got out of 4 places (all with the same exact roofing material and brand). I would very much recommend!
