What ever happened to a man who you could trust his word? I needed a new roof at my house in Manson due to damage from winter storms and two contractors I respect recommended I talk to Ron. I called him in mid January; he said he was busy and it might be 6 to 8 weeks before he could get to it but would put me on his list if that was ok. I said that was fine and he said he would come out to measure the roof and give me an estimate.
I contacted him in February after not hear anything back. He again said he had to come out and measure the roof which he would do soon. After getting no response from texts from me in March, I sent an email. His reply was "unfortunately we have already booked this spring and summer solid with work and we will not be able to help you at this time".
I get a guy gets more work than he can do, but if he had at least told me in January or February he was too busy, I could have spent that time looking for someone else. I just wish people would be honest and live up to their word.

A Roofing installed a metal roof for us in 2008. Water leaked into the house 12 years later and we thought the roof was at fault. Gustavo was able to come to our house within 48 hours and troubleshoot the issue. The primary problem was a backed up gutter, where water had gotten in behind the roof flashing. Gustavo fixed everything in a workman-like manner. No more leaks! Thank you A Roofing for standing behind your product.

Their web site says free quotes. I asked to have my skylights evaluated for leaking. They sent out a non English speaker who went on the roof applied some sealant and said his boss would explain the work to me. I though he was going to give me an estimate.but he did the caulking no big deal. When I spoke to Ron and asked what that was going to cost me he said 350$! "Yikes", I said; that seems like a lot.
My commercial roofers charge a 250$ minimum to clean and do minor repairs on large commercial buildings. Then told me he had reduced it to 345$ because I complained. I mentioned he did the work with out a quote or estimate. Which doesn't seem fair and is poor business practice. Just beware and make sure they give you a quote before you let these guys do any work.

We've had A Roofing do several repairs at our home and at our business in Historic Downtown Chelan. Ron and his team are nothing short of amazing! They always return calls quickly and arrive at the job as promised. I feel very comfortable that I am charged very fairly for the work. I am particularly impressed with Benito - he has done that last few jobs for us.
He is a very fast and meticulous worker - and a very pleasant man. He is finished before I know it - and always lets us know when he arrives and when he leaves. Roofing is one of those trades where "buyer beware" applies. With A Roofing, you can relax and know it's going to be done to your satisfaction.

Fast Response and Excellent Work! I called several roofers to help with a leak around my skylighights which was causing problems with the drywall inside my home. One company took over two weeks to return my phone call, didn't want to look inside the home to see if there was reason to suspect rotting wood damage, and when the estimate came in it was double the estimate of the one I got from A Roofing.
My experience with A Roofing was amazing. They made arrangements to pick up a key so they could make sure the structure was sound and were out at the home the next day and had a written estimate emailed to me by the following day. The estimate was half the cost of the first estimate and it included more extensive work. I OK'd the work and it was done within the week.
The final bill was exactly what I was quoted on the estimate. Ron is a very professional and "can do" guy, and I will definitely do business with A Roofing again. I highly recommend them.
