We elected to choose them because of the way Berke presented the proposal in a very professional way that we could understand exactly what we were going to pay for. They were not the least expensive but the most professional out of 5 estimates we received.

Burke I Thank you for you quick response at reaching out to me and my husband. We just arrived here from Florida to be with my father who is 90. We had just bought a home to renovate when he was diagnosed with lung cancer. Needless to say, my schedule has been extremely chaotic. So Thank you Burke for reaching back out to us and looking at our problem garage.

During a recent wind storm we lost a large section of our roof. it was in desperate need of replacement. I called every Roofing Company in the area. We live in East County and were in dire need of help. I was so fortunate to reach Advanced Roofing. They had a busy schedule but managed to fit us in, We were so impressed at the extra steps they took to protect our home and property ,the professionalism of the workers and exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this Company.

I first became aware of Advanced Roofing while observing them replace a roof in our neighborhood. I was particularly interested in following their progress because our roof was also in need of replacement. Their crew had a neat personal appearance and was very professional in doing their work. After they had completed the job, I talked to the homeowner to see if he would recommend Advanced and he was very positive about his experience with them.
I decided to go ahead and replace our roof and went to local roofing materials suppliers to look at material options and to find out who the best roofing installers were in our area. I also called the manufacturer of the shingles that I had selected (they are a local northwest company) and spoke to their field representative to get his recommendation of a top quality roofer.
In each case I learned that Advanced Roofing was among the best. I obtained quotes from Advanced and two other roofing contractors that I had learned where also very good and found that Advanced was very competitive. I finally selected them to install our roof and I am very happy with the outcome. Over the period of about two months, Advanced Roofing replaced five roofs in our neighborhood.

This is the second roof Advanced Roofing has done for us. The first roof was put on about 15 years ago and we never had an issue with it. When we bought a new house and the roof needed replacing, we once again went with Advanced Roofing. The installation went well and once again, we are left with a nice looking roof. The installers did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. In addition to the roof, they also replaced two skylights. Overall, the price was competitive. I would not hesitate using them a third time.
