My Cortland/Yorkville roofing company closed after my ex-husband gutted it financially during our divorce, leaving behind more than a half million in debt and pending lawsuits. It's been my experience that those who make the most noise have the most to hide. When a company changes it name and address EVERY TWO YEARS then bad mouths everyone else, question him.
If someone boasts "16 years in the business" ask when, where, and how. This roofing company sticks around to finish what it starts, making sure the jobs are correct and the bills are paid in full. Which sadly, isn't even a minimum standard for many roofing companies these days. Please do your research people. When you hear negative gossip, consider the source. NOT ALL ROOFING COMPANIES ARE THE SAME. This one is one of the good ones.
