Meletio's is located on Harry Hines Blvd in Dallas, Texas. This large building is over 67,000 square feet which involved removing four layers of built-up and foam roofing and steel deck replacement, before installing an R-20 roof insulation and a GenFlex TPO roof system. Additionally, we installed all new flashings, wall copings, and gutters and downspouts in a custom color selected by the owners designer to compliment the building.
