Anchor Roofing

I use Anchor Roofing for my communities for roofing issues ranging from leaks to replacements. Ryan is my go-to. I love working with him as he is very responsive and punctual with getting me quotes (which I have found to be very reasonable and competitive). I especially like that Anchor Roofing takes the additional steps to provide pictures with the quotes. Ryan is very professional and takes the time and patience to answer any questions I have.

The team's work is excellent and workers are very polite and professional as well. I am equally happy when I receive the invoice, which actually matches the quote! I have yet to have any surprises (that were not communicated beforehand) when receiving the invoice for "extra work needed or done".

In spite of the searing heat. Anchor Roofing and Exteriors, LLC did an amazing job of repairing damage around my chimney where the wood was rotting away. I recommend Anchor Roofing to everyone! They came to our house to perform some repairs and were very professional and responsive. It's rare that a contractor will make an appointment with you, and show up when they say they will. They provided quotes before doing any work and talked through the results with us. I trust them, and I'm glad that we discovered them! We will always use them for any roofing we needs in the future!

Anchor Roofing does excellent work! Excellent and timely communication. Very fair pricing and a professional job. Fixed my 'vintage' metal roof for a very fair price and got me up and running! Showed up on time, worked until the job was done and perfect. Even came back to answer a question about another area I thought might have an issue.and luckily it didn't. Highly recommend!

Ryan and the crew at Anchor Roofing did a great job for me with several small roof repairs. While my roof is only 10 years old, I had leaking pipe vent flashings, and needed to rebuild and re-shingle a small roof area where a chimney had been removed. Their estimate was comparable to other quotes I received, and the work was done on-schedule as promised.

It is almost impossible to see where they wove in replacements shingles into my existing roof -- great color match and high quality workmanship. They truly are a local-owned business -- I plan to use them on an up-coming room addition I am planning.

We have a client in Isle of Palms has some minor roofing damage. Most other companies she called were extremely expensive and trying to sell her on services she did not need. I referred her to anchor roofing. They took very good care of her and the prices were great. We have nothing but good response. Highly recommended

Charlie and Greg are wonderful. Very responsive and easy to work with. They get the job done quickly and get it done right! Estimates are fair and sent very soon after site visits. Anytime we have questions they are ready and willing to answer. We don't use any other roofing vendors anymore.
