Basement waterproofing is extremely beneficial to the home owner, especially those in the Lehigh Valley, Poconos, & all of the Eastern Pa & South Jersey areas where rain and snow can bring with them major water problems for the basement and foundation. And, these problems are becoming more prevalent in the North East and Mid-Atlantic regions as increasing rain and snow falls hit the areas each spring, winter and fall.
A Crawl space conversion, also known as a "dig out", can transform your cramped, musty old crawl space into a basement. As homeowners with a crawl space know, they aren't very useful when it comes to storage space, and they attract mold/mildew. Plus, homes with crawl spaces sell for less than those with a basement.
When is foundation repair necessary? A foundation's main job is to hold up the house. Often, however, the biggest load on the foundation is not the weight of the house, but the pressure of the soil around the foundation. Called the lateral load, it is the amount of pressure exerted on basement walls and can vary widely.

We hired this company to remove our old deteriorating front steps to our house and pour new ones. They broke contract and completely did NOT perform and entire step in the contract. They were supposed to remove the existing steps completely down the earth. This was NOT done instead they "rubberized" is the term that was used and poured the new steps over them.

No one asked us if this was ok or not. By doing this the company saved time and materials and kept the original bill AS IS. I've tried numerous times by calling and emailing this company with no luck as to a return. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! I've reported this company to the BBB. Be very very careful if you choose this company! The steps were ok until they came back to fix a safety issue that they also ignored. Instead of matching the steps they just pouring plain concrete to fix the issue. We WILL NOT use this company again!

. I had water leakage in my basement walls just two days before Christmas. Spoke with owner Scott, who came out to access the issue right away. He was very professional and on time as promised. Took over the issue, had his crew there same day and my issue was resolved immediately. I highly recommend this company and all the crew. Thanks so much.

Scott and John were both very responsive for my basement issues. John was able to identify my problem quickly and give a detailed report. Since this was a smaller than expected project, he took the time to explain what I or a local handy man would have to do to fix it siting how I could save money in the process.

Owner( Scott) is scam artist, I was ripped off! I called to install a water heater, this company bought a GE from Home Depot, paid under 300. Company charged me about 700 in labor and 350 for actual water heater, they did not disclose model or price of equipment and over charged me for entire job! I paid 1050 for a cheap water heater? It gets worse.

Two weeks after installation water heater stopped working, I called it took owner ( Scott) over a week to respond. Company finally came and could not fix issue telling me I never had electric problems? ( never had electric issues with house before) finally after 8 days of no hot water Scott gave me option if giving me my money back after picking up equipment.

After Scott picked up equipment his secretary called and only offered partial refund, when I spoke to Scott his response was and I quote" I don't care that I ripped you off, you will rake me to court anyways, I changed my mind I won't give you a dime back" end result I paid 1050 and did not get anything out of money as Scott took back equipment I payed for and ripped me off! I called another company, they installed a descent water heater, it has worked great with no issues! Stay away from this company!
