Very nice and honest people, and great communication. Other roofing companies gave me the run around and tried to take advantage of me. This is my first home and Roy told me exactly what he would do and explained what he would look for. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely call Bauer again for roofing repair if needed.

We've used Bauer roofing twice now for leaks on our house. The first time they came out within the day and found the issue and patched it within 30 minutes. Extremely reasonably priced. The second time they came out, found out the leak was an issue with our AC unit and not our roof, and went the extra mile to take pictures and videos to show our AC people. Really fantastic company, wouldn't use anyone else.

Received a flyer in the mail advertising free roof inspection. Called spoke with Eve set the appointment for Thursday evening, left work to ensure that I would be home in time. No one showed up, called or emailed about the appointment. I called several times as their website states the business is open until 7 pm yet no answer. Called Friday morning spoke with someone about the appointment as I was angry.
He stated Eve wasn't in & she would return my call upon her arrival to work. She did call & apologized I set another appt for the same day. Left work again early to meet with the gentleman. He arrived early asked some questions & I explained to the best of my ability. He was just looking at the roof from the ground & then started talking about siding and exterior work.
I asked for a roof inspection! Explained that someone else was on the way as I wasn't getting anything out of what he was telling me. Needless to say it has been 1 week & we have not received the estimate that was promised.

I CALLED TO GET A QUOTE FOR A CUSTOMER OF MINE IN SC. I AM AN ERUS ENERGY EMPLOYEE. WE ARE A NATION WIDE SOLAR INSTALLER. BUT SOMETIMES WHEN CUSTOMERS NEED A NEW ROOF, WE CALL AROUND TO GET QUOTES FOR THEM. WELL, I CALLED BAUER ROOFING TO GET A QUOTE AND THE OWNER HUNG UP ON ME 4 DIFFERENT TIMES. THEN HE WOULD ANSWER AND NOT SAY ANYTHING THROUGH THE PHONE. #1 THEY ARE JUDGEMENTAL. #2 VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CHILDISH AND UNETHICAL. THEY COULD HAVE HAD SEVERAL ROOFING JOBS WITH US, BUT DUE TO THEY'RE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR, THEY UNFORTUNATELY EARNED THEMSELVES A HORRIBLE REVIEW WITH US. FROM BUSINESS TO BUSINESS. THEY HAVE SOME WORK TO DO, IF THEY PLAN TO EXPAND IN ANY KIND OF WAY.
