Utmost professional staff! Great company to work with. Great craftsmanship. A very smooth process from beginning to End. Don't fall for the people who tell you, don't sign up with someone who shows you the room on the kitchen counter. We called Scott three time before signing up with him. First round was: Showing the sunroom on the kitchen counter.
Then we asked around and called his competition in to do a price check on the initial price quoted. Some came close, others were way off the charts. Second round was a couple months after the initial conversation about the details and comparing his product offering to the competition. We still didn't sign the dotted line as we wanted to shop around a bit more.
We went and saw the rooms built by his competitors and one built by him and talked to the existing customers. After exhaustive research, we finally called him For the third round. He was very patient and not at all forcing us to sign up. He was honest about the timeline of the project. Just enough communication to keep us posted on the progress. The crew showed up early and were very Professional.
They answered all the questions we had throughout the process, from laying the foundation to putting up the final glass in the sunroom. Highly recommend talking to Scott if you are in the market for Sunroom.

Awesome service and sunroom addition. No sales pressure from Scott Bear and price was less than two other quotes we got for a similar room. Andy and his crew did a great job building the addition and cleaning up afterwards. Quality is excellent. Windows and patio door slide easy, seal tight, and there is no wind noise on blustery days. The roll up screens are an added plus. Insulation of floor, ceiling, frame, and insulated windows and door will be beneficial when cooler weather arrives. Sitting in our 14' x 15' room is like being outside and we can now see our entire backyard and watch the birds and wildlife, with no bugs bothering us.
