Had a new roof put on app 5 years ago by Bodan. Paid over 16K. Now I have a large area of ponding and a soft spot on the roof. I called them over 3 weeks ago and cant get someone to come out. Bodan Roofing put a beautiful new roof on our house! We had them repair a few small leaks before finally realizing that we probably just needed a completely new roof, and the owner, Bo, took the time to come out to give us the pros and cons of that decision and helped us decide how to proceed. We got estimates from a few companies, but due to the personal attention, honesty, reasonable price and education about roofing that Bo gave us, we chose his company to do the work.

We could reach Diana at any time to coordinate with and get answers to our questions, and she gave us accurate information about what to expect for each step of the process. She is so friendly and helpful! Edgar and his crew finished the job in the stated timeframe and were considerate of our yard, and most importantly, the county inspector praised their work as well.

My house is 20 years old and I needed a new roof due to leaks. I did my research and found BoDan's price to be very reasonable. I also received recommendations from neighbors due to the quality of the work that they had experienced. The work was completed in 3 days by a team of professionals that were very accommodating, answering all of my questions as the work progressed. I am very pleased with the job and have had no problems with the work. I would recommend BoDan to anyone.

I built my home 21 years ago and after a leak or two over the decades it was time to replace the roof. I received a few quotes but none had the personal attention or attention to detail that Bodan Roofing did. Nelson came out to the home and got on the roof and measured (some estimators didn't bother to get on the roof). Explained my options and the different warranty options that came with each. Diana, the office manager, was quick to follow up and get the paperwork signed.

The crew, lead by Edgar arrived on time as scheduled and worked each day for 9-10 hours (with lunch break). The arrival of the dumpster was coordinated with crew arrival and pickup was completed immediately after roof was complete. The inspections were completed promptly so no delay waiting for inspector. Tarps were used around the perimeter and over the pool cage to minimize debris.

Clean up was done daily and the final cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find any nails in the grass or bushes. The final walk through after final permit inspection was completed by Diana to ensure that I was happy. This is a huge investment and I feel relieved that it is complete and the quality of the work and customer service is beyond my expectations.

We've been in our home for 15 years. This is about the time when items within the home need to be replaced and home improvement projects take the forefront. One day, I noticed a damp spot on my garage ceiling. After entering the crawlspace above the ceiling, I discovered that a small gap in my roof allowed rain water to affect one of the rafters above the garage. Mold and mildew had started to set in.

There was also wood rot. Long story short, we decided to replace the entire roof. I looked around the Tampa Bay area and got several quotes. Bodan Roofing submitted a competitive bid. In addition, I enjoyed speaking with the owner of the company about all of the options his team could provide to improve my roof. Within a few days, a member of his staff scheduled a follow up to discuss the fine details.

The actual process of putting on a new roof took two days. The county inspectors must take a look at the project site. The Bodan Roofing Team was prompt and courteous. They answered all of my questions. The finished product looks great!
