The quality of the replacement window is great and it looks great too. The estimate process and installation were excellent. We replaced two of the oldest windows in our house recently. We got a couple of quotes, and were most comfortable with Brennan's. The quality of the windows is excellent, and their installers did a great job of getting them in and finishing and painting the casing around them. We actually have a slightly larger glass area now due to the Brennan design, so we are enjoying the added light, as well as the additional insulation offered by these fine windows.

The 70's were great but it was time to move on. The old single pane windows had to go. Brennan offered an excellent product at competitive prices. Couple that with professional, friendly service and you can't go wrong. Lead times are terrible right now but they kept us in loop with updates. Installation went well, a great team that moved everything and replaced.

Great job. One screen was missing from the factory. The installers noticed that and contacted customer service and they quickly took care of it. A good experience from start to finish

We ordered a multi-slide door from Brennan Enterprises. The manufacturer was Anderson Windows. While the transaction was not perfect due to Covid, material and labor shortages, the Brennan team did an outstanding job of keeping us informed almost daily. We had two ProVia doors installed by Brennan Enterprises. The product is truly exceptional. Our front door is beautiful; it is fiberglass, but it is nearly impossible to distinguish from a wood door except that it is much more energy efficient. I love that there are no more cold drafts in the winter. It made a huge difference during the big freeze in DFW.

The installers did a great job insulating around the frame. There was a small issue with a blemish on the newly installed frame, but Brennan Enterprises made it right. The whole process took awhile, but it was worth it.

Brennan did a fantastic job with our new sliding glass door and windows. Not only are they beautiful, but they function and reduce noise so much better than our previous ones. I am very pleased with my new windows. The installers, Clayton and Daniel, were very careful not to damage the window frames and the paint surrounding the windows. I was pleased they put a drop cloth in front of the window they were installing and they vacuumed after the entire installation.

We love our beautiful Brennan windows. They have many colors to select from and multiple styles to choose from. We had 11 new windows installed and the workers were great. They had full knowledge of the installation process and had the old windows out and new ones installed in a day. And they did an amazing job cleaning up and left our property immaculate inside and out. We will always recommend Brennan for your new window needs.

Update: I had given Brennan windows a raving review. Now that my windows are 2 years old, I must update the review. Sadly, 3 of my windows started to fog up. I immediately contacted Brennan and they were very responsive. My windows are still under warranty by the manufacturer, however, Brennan is charging me for the labor cost. I was VERY disappointed that I'm have to pay for repairs to faulty windows after just TWO years of having them.

I contacted my friends who also had Brennan windows installed due to my raving reviews, and they are experiencing the same thing! Same bad windows! Bad seals. You would think a company like Brennan would pay for the service as a good will gesture, especially since the windows are only 2 years old. I can understand if it was after 5 years, but in reality, windows should last 10+ years.

I'm extremely disappointed with Brennan. My original review: I had my new vinyl windows installed about 2 years ago. I waited to review Brennan and their windows, because I know vinyl can warp over time. It's been 2 years and we were hit with "Snowageddon" in February 2021. I thank my windows for keeping my house warm and the temps never dipped below 58F in my house.

We had blackouts of 10+ hours and then 30 mins of heat and back to 10 hours of nothing. My neighbors even came over to my house to "get warmer"! Brennan as a company is very professional and prices were very competitive. As for their windows, they just proved their worth! They are highly insulating - great at keeping summer heat out and winter cold out. Make the investment to upgrade your windows with Brennan. It's worth it.

We recently contacted Brennan about a window whose seal had broken. After a few emails to ascertain the facts involved, they quickly ordered the replacement pane. They came out and replaced the pane in a very timely and professional manner. The installer was friendly and competent. It was a very positive experience. Service: Window repair

We had our windows and front door replaced about 4 months ago. Got several estimates from different companies and we liked the Brennan the best but I'm not sure I can say samething about the installation experiences. As you can see in my pictures, the window caulkings are a mess! Is it supposed to be like this? It does not look professional at all.

I probably could've done better job. It's embarrassing. Also, when they replaced our front door, the door frame was damaged. It had tiny punture holes all around it. When they came back out to look at it, the guy just touched up with paint which it made it worse/more noticeable. He gave us the paint for future purposes?!? I was speechless. called Brennan again and this time a different guy came out. He ordered new frame for our door. I hope this can solved quickly.

I am very disappointed with this company after ordering a ProVia entry door on July 12th. Due to Covid and many other excuses my door was delivered and scheduled to be installed in one day on September 2nd. After the first installer worked 12 hours, he determined the brick moulding was not wide enough. The man who took measurements made a big mistake and the ProVia factory moulding did not fit.

After speaking with their operations manager, he assured me that they would make it right and bend some sheet metal and fill the gaps. Today, Sept 13th marks their second try at patching up their problem and they attempted to install brick moulding that had a different pattern on the paint and no detail. A flat piece of sheet metal was bent and cut to fix the problem and it looks like crap.

Oh not to mention, the color is different! And while they were attempting to patch up their error, the installer dented the door frame. Now they are telling me, oh we will order the ProVia replacement metal. I am still waiting to see how many months it will take to get the correct color and factory brick molding. Don't get me wrong, the ProVia door is built with craftsmen ship and is beautiful.

The guys doing the measuring screwed up big time, and the installer did his best to fix the problem. To be continued and do not use this company for any remodeling. Photo's will be added below.

Brennan was wonderful beginning with the salesman (Sean) who did not pressure me at all. He said this is what you need. This is what we offer. This is the price ( and it beat the previous quote I received by about $25,000). The installer (Jake) worked alone and did a prime job of installing, cleaning up and explaining what he was doing. I did not get to meet the lady in the office, Sheryl, but did visit with her several times.

She was always patient with me, helped me understand and made sure I knew what was happening. A friend had recommended Brennan to me, but she ended up using another company. When she saw my windows after the installation, she wished she had used Brennan. Could not be happier with the way they look, the ease of care, and the difference in my electric bill this summer vs last summer. Thank you, Brennan!

This company is fantastic! Our salesman, Sean, went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. He was so good about communicating and keeping us up to date about delivery and installation. Garret and his crew did the installation and were amazing! My husband and I were so impressed with their craftsmanship! It was an incredible experience from the get-go. Glad we chose to use Brennan Enterprise!

Disclaimer: I did not hire this company but I thought the staff was very friendly. This review is for buyers. I had multiple quotes for windows. This was not the only company in the DFW area to quote / sell NT windows. The bid from Brennan Enterprises, for builder grade NT windows was over $2k more than a bid for Presidential NT windows through another business. I would have never known if I hadn't called so many places.

Since this writing, Brennan sent their Tech out. Resolved issue. No charge. Sometimes Squeaky wheels get greased. Sometimes., Nonetheless, thank you Brennan!

We chose Brennan Windows from the great reviews we read and they really delivered! There is a reason they have so many 5 star comments. Frank Peters was great to work with and helped us along the way as we had never replaced windows before. It's harder than it seems! They have a super nice and professional team of people that help to keep everything organized. John, their installer was great as well. We found them to be great to work with and highly suggest you contact them first for your windows. You'll be glad you did.

Excellent service from beginning to end! Scott was professional and provided information and answered all questions. He was patient and willing to help in any way possible! Office staff was amazing. Jeremy was amazing with measurements and re-measuremenrs! And then.install. Jeremy and his crew were professional, kind, helpful and efficient! 30+ windows and a french door in 3 days. Soooooooo happy we used Brennan Enterprises and will recommend to everyone! Psssssss. No more leaks and cold air from our old 18 year old windows and no more solar screens!

Had siding put on with this company and needed a section fixed that came out of place. They told me to get a handyman. Don't use this company unless you don't want warranty.

I had new Windows and siding done on my house by Brennan. I was so impressed with Garrett and Brody when they replaced my windows. Everything was done with such care. They covered my furniture and left the area spotless. I was so proud of they looked. A few days later, Saturday, the work started on my siding. At first I was pleased then things went down hill.

Every day I went out and cleaned because stuff was everywhere. I have two dogs and sharp metal pieces, caulk tips and tubes are dangerous. The job was completed Delmar stated. After a walk around there were several things not done when I pointed them out he was not happy. After our conversation he said they were done. They were done half way and I was not happy.

I called Brennan and was told John Hubbard would call me. It has now been three weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I called again thus morning so we will see what happens. I gave 3 stars because of the Windows (Garrett and Brody) and siding materials. Not a happy Customer!

Dilmar came out and now has everything cleaned up. They even glued the head back on my neighbor's Mickey Mouse figure. I will add a star.

We were referred by our neighbors and were really nervous about such an important purchase of new windows. We are so glad we went with Brennan. From start to finish everything was easy, fast, and delivered as promised. The people who came and installed the windows were very clean (especially during these CoVid times) and you couldn't even tell they were at our house and installed windows. They covered our furniture and really did a great job. Love our windows and final product!

They did a great job replacing our front door with sidelights and a back door. They are wonderful to work with and punctual. and very good at doing a good job and making our house look more beautiful. We spent around $9,500 and it was worth it.

Ordered a patio door to replace a door and window. It took almost 4 months to come in and then I found out that it was damaged. The sad part is that Brennan enterprise didn't tell me but I found out. I asked if they would offer discount since it was damaged then repaired and they said NO because it comes with a warranty. Also what was surprising is that I was told that if they wouldn't have told me I wouldn't have known so I replied and told them they didn't tell me but I found out and that's when integrity comes in to play.

Also they want to explain that they order door from another company but I told them that I ordered from them not their supplier. I needed a front door too but I will do business elsewhere.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service and product I received from the Brennan company. My salesperson was thorough, but not pushy, and obviously knew what she was talking about. I felt so comfortable with her I didn't even get another quote. The installer, Chris, came to measure and then came to install them several weeks later. He and his brother (helper) were so efficient, thorough, and professional during the whole process. I can't say enough about my experience and I am so glad I chose this company to work with.

Extremely happy - Great experience The price was not the cheapest but the least cost company also had horrible reviews. Brennan was priced a bit above the lowest and well below the highest bids we received. The presentation and quotes we received were clear and easy to understand. They kept us updated with the throughout the process and the installation was spot on and they cleaned up everything. Very pleased.

I previously bashed Brennan for their door prices but I would like to make amends by giving them five stars for the purchase & installation of our beautiful new Milguard windows. Absolutely the best price in town & if I could give them an additional five stars for Peter the window installer I certainly would do so. He was prompt, polite & super neat & clean. Brennan even make the extra effort to send me a color swatch of the window trim so I can paint match my front door. If you are in the market for new windows, call Brennan!

This company is top notch. One of the window panes in a large front window of my rental home came off track resulting in a large v shaped gap between both window panes. I called them earlier this morning and within two hours a technician came out and fixed it in less than five minutes. Top notch service, thank you!

From the initial consultation to the install, Brennan was professional, timely and communicative. I had FIVE initial quotes, and it came to Brennan. From jelly the sales rep, to Emelda in the office, to Daniel the installer, I couldn't be happier.

Totally met and exceeded our expectations. The windows are beautiful, well priced, and a great product overall. Also came with a great warranty, and I purchased the transferable option in case we ever sell our condo. A couple of the frames were damaged during install, and they offered to patch them up. I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't want our new windows to look "patched up" but I let them proceed.

I have very high standards and planned to hold them to it, even if it meant replacing the whole window. But they really did an exceptional job, and I've recommended Brennan to other family members.

This review is for an estimate only. I found Brennan Enterprises on Yelp and since we were looking at replacing windows I gave them a call. I spoke to Sean and he kindly answered my questions and scheduled a free estimate. I was thrilled to be given an exact time for our estimate appointment rather than a window (as other companies I called offered). Sean arrived on time and was extremely kind and courteous.

He was very professional, knowledgable, friendly to my little ones who were very curious out our visitor and never once did I feel I was being "sold". Sean offered wonderful information and details specific to our house, window sizes, style and look. He was honest about pricing, options and other details that many seemed to hide from us in the fine print.

As Sean left (Fri) he said he would email me an estimate by Tuesday and he did! About two weeks after Sean sent the estimate he emailed me to follow up, but it wasn't a pressure-filled follow up it was sincerely a "have any questions" follow up. In the end we've decided to wait on replacing all our windows, but I assured Sean that when the time comes he will be our only call. I would HIGHLY recommend Brennan Enterprises and ask for Sean!

Top notch experience from sales call to installation. Lots of options but once I was shown the strong ProVia steel door with the beautiful black finish, I was sold. Very impressed with the quality of the door and hardware and the expert installation, which took 5-6 hours. He made so many small adjustments to see that the door and hardware functioned perfectly. Even though it cost twice my original budget, I'm very, very happy with the finished product. Quality product and labor. Outstanding.
