Bruce's Roofing was on time, they shocked me by finishing my garage roof in ONE day, you can see their quality of work, they were extremely professional, they matched my garage roof perfectly to my home, I'm not really sure how it could have been any better? Bruce put in the leg-work to ensure my roof, which was damaged on the first night of the fires, was replaced. Despite his busy schedule, Bruce made several in-person appearances at my home and the project was done VERY quickly after I initially contacted him. When selling our home we encountered an inspector for the buyers who said our roof in one area looked questionable. I'm still to this day not sure from the photos what he was concerned about since we had our roof done in 2017 with Malarkey 30 year architectural shingles. Bruce was good enough to provide us with his expert opinion of the condition of our shingles free of charge. Bruce's Roofing is the BEST company you can hire. We live in Enumclaw and our neighborhood suffered significant damage from a wind/snow storm. We panicked and had three roofing companies out to assess the damage over the weekend. One of our friends who lives in town recommended Bruce's Roofing. Ironically both of their names are Bruce. I called Bruce's roofing first thing on Monday morning and they were out there same day. Bruce showed up, immediately hopped up on the roof with his crew, looked at the damage, and offered to tarp everything for free until we heard back from our insurance company.

He told us even if you choose to go through the company who installed the roof, I'm not gonna charge you for tarping and inspecting. He patched all the shingles that had blown off and we have full piece of mind that what he did is of quality. When other companies were pushing metal roof vents and charging us almost double what he came up with, it really saved us.

He made it so affordable we cancelled our insurance claim. Thankfully there was no attic damage and all that needed to be fixed was the shingles. Bruce has a heart of gold and has empathy for those who live in our windy city. He was genuine and provided us with the most honest estimate without Nickle and diming us. Bruce's Roofing is by far the best roofing company out there. We live in Enumclaw and our neighborhood suffered significant roof damage from a recent wind/snow storm. We panicked and called three roofing companies to come out and do estimates. Each one of them pressured us to upgrade our roof vents on our less than two year old house and gave us very high estimates.

We had 30-40 shingles missing and thankfully no other damage. Our house was technically out of warranty and the company who installed the roof initially was refusing to pay for the damages. Bruce came our first thing on Monday and assessed the damage. He said our vents were perfectly fine and offered to do the repairs for less than half of what the other companies estimated.

He even tarped the roof for free until we made our decision on who to go with. After talking to insurance and such. We went with Bruce and he did an amazing job with his crew. He has true empathy for homeowners and does exceptional work. He's honest and genuine and I wouldn't go to anyone else in the future. Don't go with any other companies. Bruce with Bruce's Roofing came to my home to investigate a roof leak. His son then came out and repaired the leak and also cleaned and treated the roof and gutters. His son provided this picture of the leak he repaired. They did a great job!

We needed a assessment of the condition of our roof to respond to buyer's inspection prior to completion of the sell of our home. Bruce stopped by and I offered to pay him for the inspection but he refused. He sent us a written statement about the condition of the Malarkey Highlander architectural shingles stating the roof still had 20 years of life left in it.

During the last windstorm, half my roof blew off. Nothing but plywood left. I called Bruce's Roofing explained my situation. Within 3 hours the owner of the company was on my roof! The next day it was repaired! It was done very well and at a reasonable price. I am so thankful I found this company.

Had a very much needed roof repair needed at my home in Woodinville. After many estimates and meeting with several companies decided to use Bruce's Roofing. The crew working at my home were knowledgeable and very skilled. They use a nice size crew and in full sun on a hot day had the roof completed in one day. They also did a fantastic clean up job prior to leaving. The roof looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

A few too many raindrops on the roof that came down from the skylight that was above the kitchen led to our getting in touch with several roofers. Bruce's Roofing was the middle of the pack costwise but we had a good feeling with Bruce who came over, gave us an estimate and following my wife and I agreeing on using him, had his crew over to replace the old roof. I have used Bruces in the past years for a roof on my house which turned out really nice. This time around I needed a small shed roof repaired. They were to use torch down on the exiting roof. They worked for about no more than 2 hours. I was charged an astronomical price and it is still leaking. This time around, I am not impressed at all. That is disappointing.

My nightmare roof job turned into a dream come true. Bruce's roofing recently reshingled my roof and I have nothing but positive things to say. His professional staff took two days and were finished. Called Bruce for an estimate on a roof repair. He came out same day. Husband said "HIRE HIM!" I said "Naw, naw we need three estimates!" Other two companies came out when it was convenient and both claimed they couldn't possibly repair a roof, nothing but a new roof would do. After being pestered by husband, I finally got around to calling Bruce back to set up a time for a repair.

He came out same day and repaired the roof. We will probably put on a new roof within a few years, and I can tell you now we won't use either of the companies who refused to repair. Bruce and his son were timely and fixed the roof. Thumbs up!

Bruce's roofing completed a reroof of our house about 11 years ago. Roof turned out great and has lasted over the years. In preparation of selling the house a home inspector found a loos shake using a picture taking drown. Bruce quickly inspected the problem and replaced the shake without charge, even though it was past the 10 year warranty. Later in the home selling process, a potential buyer wanted a copy of the 11 year old invoice. Again Bruce's roofing delivered as Lisia found the invoice and emailed it to me. When we bought our house Bruce's roofing came in to do repairs to extend the life of the roof for another 5 years, fast and easy to use and the original homeowners covered the cost.

Lousy company. Contracted over 10 years ago to replace roof. Husband arrived home to find 1/8" plywood on truck instead of 1/4" the contracted size. Now after roof fail with 3 damaged rooms, including mold issues. With 2 different contractors giving information, have found no plywood used at all. Run don't walk from this company.

I was told I needed a roof replaced by a different contractor. I got a second opionion through Bruces roofing and they said there is nothing wrong with my roof but the neighbors had a bunch or missing shingles. I feel this company has good honest people. Always get more than one estimate though!
