We were able to accomplish this project before the cold Winter months, and during a national shortage of roofing material. The Mendelson Home Facility is a steep slope system that also includes a large cupola at the front of the building. We used Bruttell to replace our home and garage roofs. They did a fantastic job at a fair price. Matt was knowledgeable, honest, and I always felt in good hands. Things went very smoothly in getting a new roof installed on my house. The quote was very competitive. Matt was patient in answering my questions which took over an hour on the day of the quote, plus two additional follow-up calls. The installation was booked quickly and done in one day as promised. Matt even moved me up in the schedule to beat the rain.
That rainy day ended up being the first test for how the new roof holds up, and so far, everything is still nice and dry. After paying the final invoice, I noticed some tar scuffs on the siding and a gap between an area of siding and flashing. Within a few days, Steven arrived to caulk the gap and scrub off all the tar streaks. He did a very thorough job spending several hours making sure there wasn't a single streak left behind. I fully recommend Bruttell Roofing to anyone in the area that needs a new residential roof, and would do business with them again in the future. Thanks!

My apartment building is currently undergoing updating our roofs with this company and they decided to move our furniture, get a ton of dirt all over my patio and crush live plants because they put their ladders in front of our apartment. I left a message with them, hopefully someone will call back cause I would never use them even if I didn't live in apartment!

After calling Bruttell Roofing to inquire about having an inspection/estimate for a small roof leak, I was asked to fill out and sign a form consenting to a minimum charge of $245 for someone to come out. This should have tipped me off that I was dealing with a company concerned with pocketing a quick buck and not providing a quality, lasting solution. Dispatch was fast, which I appreciated, and the contractor determined that he could fix my issue by sealing an area of the roof (which took under an hour).
I explained that my primary concern was having the problem resolved and asked if there was any sort of larger scale work that should be done. I was told that the work performed should fix the problem, and that if I had any issues down the road, that I should call back and they would take care of the problem. Around a week later, the issue reappeared.
I contacted Bruttell, who explained that they would return and tarp my roof to await further repairs for an additional $245 (2 workers @ $75/hour = $95 for a tarp and staples). While I asked why I would be charged an additional $245 for a stop-gap solution to a problem that was never addressed in the first place, there was no solution offered other than for me to pay the same amount again and await what I assume would be a larger priced order. I was left feeling swindled out of $245 and a sense of the type of customer service provided by this company. I'll take my business somewhere else.
