When I pointed out that the leak they were hired to repair was not repaired, the first words out of their employees mouth were: "We don't guarantee anything". He then questioned why I had not called earlier because "we have had so much rain." I stated--correctly--that I had had no measurable rain for five weeks, and that the leak reappeared with the first rain I had. He said that "I can check that in the newspaper you know." Amazingly rude and snarky. Since they don't guarantee their work, there is NO reason to use them.

I want to thank the staff and crew of Carlton Roofing for the work done on my home. I was overwhelmed with the damage done by a fallen tree. My son suggested I call Carbon for an estimate. Rich Lasky responded the next day. His level of professionalism and knowledge was immediate. Within a few days, a crew and materials arrived. Their workmanship and attention to detail was impressive. I'm delighted with the results and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Professional and expert service. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They walked us through understanding the damage to our roof and explained how the insurance company adjusted our claim. We used these folks a year or two. Fixed leaks in house roof, plus we got a new garage roof. Couldn't be happier. Now, we need a chimney cap, Carlin roofing is my go-to. Honest, hard-working, good product/install; and affordable.

Great experience, the bid came in under others. They were in and out within 3 days after completing a perfect job. Additionally, there was not a nail or any debris to be found after completing the job.

"The proof is in the pudding" as my grandmother used to like to say and I'm happy to report Carlon Roofing would have met and exceeded her expectations. We live in an old, actually really old, home with a difficult roof because of all the angles and corners etc. When it first started leaking, I was in a complete panic that 1, the leak would be impossible to find, and 2, if they did find it, it would cost me a zillion dollars to have fixed.

Neither of those things happened thank goodness. I called Carlon Roofing on the recommendation of a friend and also a neighbor. They gave me an exact time they would be there rather than some stupid "window" to expect them. The first guy that came out was friendly, yet professional, and reassured me that they are used to all kinds of roofs and mine would not be a problem.

The leak was found and I was given a very fair estimate for the required work. They began repairing my roof two days later and I couldn't be more pleased. I no longer panic when I see rain in the forecast! I'm giving Carlon Roofing 5 stars because of the excellent professional service and peace of mind I needed. If I ever need something done to my roof again (but lets hope not), I will use them again and encourage others to call with confidence as well! Thanks!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Carlon Roofing. I did my research on local companies and ultimately decided to go with Carlon Roofing because of the experience provided by their salesman Trey. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and walked me through the entire process. He was always punctual and professional and made sure that I was kept informed of every step along the way.

When it came time to get the roof installed, I had just as great an experience with the rest of the Carlon team from beginning to end! My roof looks amazing and I know since it was installed by Carlon that I won't need another roof for a LONG time, but if and when I ever need one again, I will look forward to having another great experience with Trey and the rest of the Carlon Roofing team!

Carlon Roofing & Sheet Metal did an excellent job for us at two different homes! After using another roofing company that worked with our contractor during a home renovation project, we had a continual roof leak that resulted in water running down our family room wall. The roofing company who installed the roof came out many times and assured us every time that it was repaired.

Those repairs were very short lived and most frustrating. It wasn't until Jack Carlon came to our house and stood on top of our roof with a water hose to determine exactly what the problem was. With that, it was a simple fix and we never had another problem. Three years later we bought another home that needed major renovations including an entire roof.

There was no question in our mind who were we going to use and as such insisted that our contractor only use Carlon Roofing and Sheet Metal. The price, the quality of work and the roofing crew were top notch. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything, which doesn't always happen with contractors. Jack again was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us achieve the look and quality product that we wanted within our budget.

Before selecting this company, I met with four other groups so that I could compare quality, service, and pricing. I have been very pleased with my choice in roofing company. Jack Carlon was very responsive to all of my calls and emails and made helpful recommendations.
