Cassady roofing is one of the most reliable roofing company I've have the pleasure of meaning. Staff is very friendly and communicative and prices are reasonable!

Chad and Stephen and the rest of the Cassady crew comes through again. Easy peasy asking for a quote. They came out right away. Soon after I got a reasonable estimate. Chad was receptive to my questions and changed a few of my requirements. After all got cleared up, sent my deposit and the work was scheduled and performed over 3 days. I had just gotten new sod and was concerned that it would get damaged. The crew took care with the lawn. Overall great job Cassady.

Don't hire this company. Really bad company. I got injured while working and the owner Chad the Irish man fired me on my doctor's appointment check up & doesn't want to give me my last paycheck. He forwards my calls and doesn't want to answer. Bad company over works the employees and pays workers only $13 and hour. I still am struggling to get my last paycheck of a year ago. My name is Brian Hernandez and he still isn't being responsible. I'm still waiting on my check

If you need a Roof, This is your team! What ever other roofing company you were going to look at. Don't. Chad Cassady and his team are top notch! Prices are fair, and the professionalism of his team is un-paralleled. I have worked in the construction industry for 20 years, and I was very impressed with the entire Cassady Crew. Day 1: Crew arrives on time, and within 4 hours, they have 2 layers of roofing off my entire roof, cleaned up and loaded in the truck.

Crew was very respectful to my property, and even took care to help me cover up my expensive band equipment in the garage so nothing fell on it. Day 2: Crew arrives on time, and quickly mobilized. They replaced all of my Rotten Eve boards and any damaged plywood. They were complete by 2:30 in the afternoon, and the roof looks beautiful. They cleaned up the mess inside and out and my property looked spotless.

Bottom line. this crew from demo, to completion only took 11 Hours, and just in time for the on-coming rain. The best part is, talking with the crew, they have workers that have been at Cassady for 30+ years. The amount of experience they had on the roof is what really sets them apart. They know what they are doing, and I got to say, they do it well.

Cassady Roofing has excellent service! This is my second time working with them, and I cannot say enough about their outstanding work. They showed up on time! They were efficient! I had used them about nine years ago for a previous home, and I had not one single problem. I, of course, called them back to repair another roof. I would highly recommend them. Chad is very knowledgeable about solar too!

He gave me the best advice to repair my roof, and it was a very reasonable quote. When I got home, they cleaned up like professionals do. Not one spot of debris was anywhere to be found!

I had my roof done by Cassidy Roofing last year and they left a mess. I had just had my driveway and patio poured with new cement and they left asphalt all over my Spa deck, driveway and patio. I called and one of the Cassidy's came out and surveyed the mess and tried to clean up (quite unsuccessfully). The spa cover literally looked worse when he was done that when he started.

As of now I have had to replace my spa deck and my spa cover. (Which cost more than the roofing) After several months and an endless battery of excuses, Cassidy finally came to the table and offered a small sum of money (not even covering the cost and shipping on the spa cover). I never cashed the check. Now I have gravel coming off of the roof any time there is wind or rain. It seems as if this job will never stop reminding me of the poor decision I made hiring Cassidy Roofing

This roofing company is the best in the business. I've used them a few times now. Recently I had a leak in my house that had the original tile roof when I got the house. Chad came over and got up on the roof and told me I had about 20 tiles that have slid out of place. Chad came down grabbed his tools and explained to me when they build new houses they only nail down every other tile and in time they slide out of place.

He's also done my grandmothers roof. Everything was super clean and price was great. I just love how there is no B.S. he's honest and great value. I'll be referring all my friends and family there

Cassady Roofing has been doing the roof on our temple for years and since it has multiple roofs due to additions and is at different levels, it is not an easy job. We just had two of the five roofs replaced, and Cassady not only worked closely with our air conditioning re-venting project, but also met several times with a stucco repair company that came in AFTER the roof was installed and kept us well informed of the progress of that project. Always cheerful, easy to work with, and instantly available when you need them. Prices were the best (by far) that we found. A great company and completely recommend them.

I live in Whittier and I always use Cassaday Roofing whenever I have roof problem. They are very honest & reliable people. Good price and Good service. My son bought a house in Long Beach, he uses Cassady too. Highly recommend them. Don't have to look anywhere else.

I called Friday, spoke with a receptionist about getting an estimate on my roof because it's leaking. She informed me she would send out a technician on Monday and they would call prior to arrival I called today Monday she said well we're too busy put me on hold, put the owner on the phone who then told me that she never said they would send someone out today, which is a lie and I told him so, he informed me quit rudely that they have "thousands" of leak calls because of the rain and maybe they could get to me next week when I told him I'm well aware of the rain because my roof is leaking.

His response was oh well if I want us you wait in line. So I called him a not so nice name which I can't put on here. I do not dispute what I called him because of his sanctimonious attitude extreme rudeness it was more than warranted. So if your looking for a new roof don't call them, unless you want to be spoken to like you are an idiot and your wasting their time. If that's the kind of company you want to do business with have fun.

Did my very large roof at a great price and SO easy to work with. Been about 5 years and it still looks new and I've not had one issue with it.

I hired Cassady Roofing to do a hot mop on my flat roof about 2-3 years ago. Up until just a few months ago I noticed water leakage in 2 of my bedrroms when we had rain for a few days. I called Cassady Roofing and they sent somebody out to my senior retirement facility to inspect & repair the leakage. I can honestly say they are trustworthy and are never afraid to own up to any issues they may feel responsible for. I have hired them before for other roofing projects and they have never disappointed me at all.

These guys are great. Wish I could give 10 stars. Chad came out and gave me an estimate on my grandmothers roof and the price was right in the area of what we were expecting. The crew showed up exactly when they were scheduled to. Clean up was awesome and would highly recommend this company if you need anything done with your roof.

If anyone out there is looking for a roofing company to fix your roof and clean the gutters, call Cassady Roofing. I called so many places for pricing and they had the best price and their work was great. They even checked other areas of our home and thank God nothing else was damaged.

Jim Cassady, you are an honest man and it shows! About 5 years ago Jim, you and your son Chad came out and gave me a bid to re-roof my home. The bid was not the highest and certainly not the lowest, (I did not trust this lowest bid), and you came highly recommended from a long-time Whittier resident that had used your company previously. Well, the contract was simple and easy to read, (no small print), and had 3 options.

I selected and signed the option that my home needed. Three days later your crew was in front of my house and started on time. They worked a long day, and half of the next day. The were neat and clean. I watched them do the work for a while, and the foreman even asked me if I wanted to come up and see the quality of their work. I declined, (for fear of heights). Well, this job has been done for the last 4 winters, and although we are in a drought, we have had a few really hard downpours, with not even the hint of a leak. I am expecting the next 26 years to be the same, and then I DEFINITELY will be calling the Cassady Family back to do another GREAT JOB! Thanks Jim and Chad- Steve

Well, a completely new roof went up in September and last Wednesday's storm proved the quality of the work. That's right. NO quality. We heard what sounded like trickling of the rain in between the walls and ceiling; unfortunately, our suspicions were correct as just then water poured right through the socket of the recessed lighting, eventually slowing down to a steady drip by the next morning.

They weren't willing to come out to do anything so we went and bought a bucket from the local hardware shop and went to bed with the wonderful sound of water quickly dripping into the bucket. It filled up pretty much. The next morning the company sent a man out to look to see where the leak was but no call from a rep to let us know how they intended on repairing the damage. Thursday morning found that the carpet along the wall dividing the master bedroom and the closet.

The dividing wall must have had rain leak in between. An email went out, but nothing. Despite the towels and such laid out, the carpet is still wet. Some damage to books, etc. on the floor but mostly the carpet is squishy. Another email went out - no response. Fri morning "Chad" called once and left a message. Sat has come and gone and no concern from these unprofessionals.

Now the floor of the upstairs room is creaking now, so there must be floor damage. Guess it's time to pack up those two rooms as things are going to have to get torn out to repair the damage and prevent mold. DON'T use these guys. They really don't care about the customers. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds. So far I have much cause to be concerned but I would love to be wrong.

First off, they put a hole in my umbrella. I called to get it resolved and then they put in 2 more smaller holes the next day. I've called to get it resolved and they refuse to do anything about the umbrella that I now need to replace. They cleared out the roof the first day and then left the cutaway for the heating unit open and exposed to the elements for a few days.

They tapped into my electricity, without my permission, to power all their tools for my complex. Lastly, when they left, they didn't clean up all the crap they left in my yard. Saying that they sucked would be an understatement.

Great work and price! Jim Cassady came out with a quote that was fair and I appreciate the professionalism of their roofing service. The work done was for a commercial warehouse and the quality was A+. It's nice to work with a business that is on their third generation. It shows how they have a solid reputation and work ethic. I got 12 quotes for the roof and the quote from Cassady Roofing stood out. Roofing is an area you don't want to take chances on with quality. I highly recommend their work.

We just had our entire roof replaced by Cassady and we're VERY pleased with the outcome. It looks FANTASTIC! We initially signed their proposal back in November, but got hit with the rains before they could come out and do the work. Our job was pushed back a bit due to the weather and the didn't get to us until MARCH. Aside from that, Jim Cassady was very friendly and helpful.

His crew worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Some other roofing companies may offer tarping services for your garaged items, Cassady DOES NOT.so word to the wise, cover your stuff if they're re-roofing your garage! We didn't do it to ours and it looked like a bomb went off in there! The overall experience was good. I love my new roof!
