Our waterproofing product is a one-part silane molecule that can penetrate deeper into the substrate than conventional sealers and even deeper than a typical siloxane sealer. We have been using this product for over 10 to 15 years with great success for all our clients. Once the silane molecule penetrates the surface it chemically reacts with, and bonds to, the concrete or masonry substrate. Because the strong chemical bond, silane waterproof protection will last many times longer than conventional coatings.

We used to get water fairly regularly in our basement, just enough to run and puddle at a few places. Before we remodeled our basement, we contacted Central Penn Waterproofing to help get our basement dry. We had a drain system and sump pump/pit added to our basement, as well as new windows put it. The two gentlemen who did the work were informative, respectful, timely, efficient and had competitive pricing.
We haven't had any issues since their work was done The true test, Hurricane Ida, dumped 7.25 inches of rain at our house, but not a drop got in the basement! We are very happy with the job that was done.

Central Penn Waterproofing fixed my basement in July 2009, I used to get water all over the floor and had black mold growing every where, Central Penn dried out my basement and I have no more mold down their either. I praise the crew as they worked here for three days until the job was done. The man that came to visit my husband and I knew his business and explained everything to us. Central Penn did a wonderful job on our basement. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful. The crew that did the work were on time each day and professional the entire time. This company from start to finish have been amazing! Jim the sales guy reassured me he knew about the procedure and was very knowledgeable about his products. The guys (Robbie, and Jim)that came to do the work were also extremely knowledgeable and very very trustworthy! I can honestly say these guys love what they do, their work shows it and more!
