Central Roofing Company

Our commercial building had several roof leaks. It is a flat roof with a rubber membrane. We called Central roofing to come out and look at it. They recommended that we allow them to do preventive maintenance on the enire roof. They brought a team of people out and spend the better part of the day cleaning, re-seaming it, and sealing around all roof penetrations where rain might seep in.

We could not be more pleased. There was one spot that got missed but the team came back out and fixed it without an issue. I highly recommend Central Roofing for any roofing needs.

As a Senior Property Manager, I've worked with a number of roofing companies and I can say that I had a pleasant professional experience with Central Roofing. I had the pleasure to work with Tim Jones and Felipe Osuna installing two new Coating Polyester Reinforced Emulsion Roofs. Felipe went above expectations to maintain the buildings clean during the roof projects and updated on the progress as needed.

The working crew was respectful. The job was done on time and roofs look great. Felipe and Tim shared before and after pictures, which look great. I will definitely use Central Roofing again and highly recommended.

Dave W was a real pleasure to work with. He initially did a consult on our roof (25 unit building in Playa del Rey), explaining the specifics of our material, longevity, and potential problems. We've since used Central to patch up a few problems and are in talks with our HOA to re-do the entire roof with silicone. Thanks Dave very much.

When working with a contractor, trustworthiness and reliability are crucial. Central Roofing Company possesses neither. An unsecured plank of wood fell off the back of their roofing truck and annihilated my car. Considering it hit me at 70 mph, I was lucky to emerge uninjured. However, my car sustained $1500 worth of damage. The company refuses to honor their responsibility, despite the fact that I have proof (see the picture below of my cracked grill covered in roofing tar.) They claim that they were not missing any wood( because surely, they counted the planks before loading.) Central Roofing is a dishonest and unsafe company. Be wary!

I was not very happy with the work of Central Roofing, after paying almost 200% of the amount of the original bid and inspection and waiting several months for them to get started on the job. Poor communication, poor workmanship and unreasonable costs and delay. I had to pay almost $20k on top of the original bid, after my roof was basically removed. Never again.

Brendan and the whole Central Roofing team have been fantastic to work with. I work for a property management company, and have extensive experience with roof replacement/repairs. Believe it or not, finding a great roofer is hard to find as you have to look for quality service (from managers to the technicians actually conducting the repair/replacement), competitive pricing and a strong warranty.

I used Central Roofing with Dave Wilkes as their representative in Sept., 2014. Dave gave me top service, rapid response to all my inquires by phone and email and always delivered what he said he would. He supplied informative attachments to his email responses and also explanative printed technical data before I decided to use his company. I also did a comparative pricing with other roofing companies and he won on that, too.

Central Roofing completed the job on my four units in South Redondo Beach in four working days. They did an acrylic spayed roof over the existing and this was after their doing full preparation and placing a double layer of material to receive the acrylic spray. Their crew is experienced and was courteous to me at all times. Doing roofing with a building occupied by tenants wass trying, but we got through it just fine.

I also received full photos of the roof as it was before the job and then of the finished job. I have no complaints on this company and am sure that when the winter rains come, my newly roofed building will be fine.
