I just had Chandler's replace my roof and I'm incredibly glad I did. As a Realtor, I have several contractors that I trust. I had never used Chandler's before but some colleagues have given them high marks. Brian came over to my property to assess the scope of work and the next day he came over with the estimate and a convincing spiel on why I should trust them and their work.
The bid was competitive and I really appreciated Brian's explanation of the process. They got to work right away and finished ahead of anticipated completion date. There were some slight chances of rain on the horizon so they covered the roof just as a precaution. I loved that they were proactive. I was able to walk the roof a few times and ask questions.
I also pointed out areas of concern and they made sure they took care of it. In the end, I'm extremely pleased with their professionalism on all levels and would highly recommend them to my clients.

If you're considering putting a new roof on your house I strongly recommend Chandlers Roofing. I recently purchased a house and the entire roof needed to be replaced. Brian the owner came to the house and provided me with ample options of roofing material samples and colors to choose from. He helped me make the best choice possible based on his experience of the product quality and my budget.
He was not pushy and took my interests to heart. He also took the time to drive around and show me different projects he completed, and showed me different roof styles that I might be interested in. The finished product was excellent. The work team was efficient, responsible and hard working, completing the job in an extremely timely manner without interruptions from start to finish. Brian also has an excellent eye for color and helped me pick out the perfect color of roofing shingles to match the color of my house. The company is extremely responsible to the customers needs and very dependable. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Called and made an appointment for an estimate on a installed skylight. TIME WAS Thursday Nov. 14 between noon and 2pm. After 2pm I called and was informed that the person was busy at another property.my time is just as important as this Company and I did not even get a call to say the rep. Was not showing up. No way to run a business. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR DO BUSINESS WITH CHANDLER ROOFING.

Fantastic experience when we worked with Chandler's Roofing's new Rancho Mirage office, on our new roof and solar system for our mid-century modern vacation home in Palm Springs. Similar positive customer service experience we had when we dealt with their corporate office in Los Angeles five years ago while roofing our family's home. Our new single-ply roof and solar system look amazing and our house is waaaaay cooler now. Highly recommend these guys. True professionals!

We have a rental home in Palm Springs and needed roofing work done on main home and detached garage. Brian came out and i had estimate within 30 minutes. We selected a GAF TPO roof because of the long warranty. After researching products, this is the best fit. Guys showed up on schedule and daily until job was completed. Everything was cleaned daily and they met with me each day to discuss progress. Professional crew, clean vehicles and equipment. They have been in business since 1942 in Los Angeles and have expanded out this way.
