I'm writing this review as an extremely satisfied customer of Clark's Gables Roofing. CGR helped me to install a new roof in June 2017, which had some of the best handiwork that I've seen from a professional contractor. Five years later, one section of the gutter had separated from the roof and because the timeframe still fell under the warranty of CGR, they sent a handyman to come back to reattach the gutter to the roof. I've overall had a five star experience and would highly recommend them to anyone that's looking for roofing work done!

The best service I have found in this area. From the beginning I knew that the result would be magnificent because Clark was clear and patient with us. He took the time to explain everything about our roof and he was not wrong, our roof is beautiful, Thanks to all the workers and to his assistant Ashley who was always willing to answer our questions with kindness. Clark and his crew did a magnificent job on replacing our roof and gutters blowing in more insulation, and replacing boards that had dry rot. By moving the roof vents to the back side, he also added to the curb appeal by providing a clean line. They kept in touch, and responded quickly when I noticed an overlooked board. I highly recommend!

We worked with the team from Clarks Gables to repair our tile roof and replace our gutters. They were the best. We were so happy with their communication, estimate process, and the professionalism of everyone on the crew. Their work is truly top notch and we would contract with them again in a heartbeat.

Had Clark's Gable roofing replace our old wood shake roof with a very nice comp shingle and also install gutter guards. They are an excellent company to work with. the scheduling took a while due to weather conditions, but once started the quick and efficient. The crew were polite and timely and very good. Overall very happy with our new roof and gutter guards. held up very nicely in the recent wind and rain storms. I would recommend them for quality service.

We were initially drawn to Clark's by the name and spoke to about 6 separate roofers while taking bids on our new roof. Clark's was not the cheapest quote we received, but it had the best value in terms of experience, price, materials, and the type of work that would be performed. We are happy with the result. The work took about 3 days and the roof looks great. Every effort was also made to clean up after the work was finished.

We have had a periodic leak over the last couple of years on our Spanish style shingled roof and we finally decided to have it looked at. The main issue was torn valley underlayment paper (or whatever they used 20 years ago) and a build up of debris. We could have had them fix that issue and called it day but I figured if one part was bad, some of the other valleys might need work as well. Clark's crew removed the old valley materials and replaced them with up to date underlayment and flashing materials, replaced broken tiles, re-secured loose tiles, removed moss build up, removed a nice collection of bird droppings (sorry guys), replaced some of the battens with newer styles that help with drainage, among a few other things.

They were on time every day, courteous and cleaned up after they were done. Ashley was great to work with as well. Communication is key on these projects and she kept us up to date on everything. We feel confident that our roof is good for another 20 years, at least, and I would highly recommend Clark's gable roofing.

I chose Clark's Gables for my garage re-roof due to their positive reviews and locality to my area. I could not be more pleased, the job came out perfectly and I keep walking outside to look at it! The company is a pleasure to work with start to finish; from ownership to office staff to the crew who came out and enthusiastically did the job. Special thanks to office staff for being patient with me while I chose shingle materials. I highly recommend Clark's Gables to anyone for a roofing job big or small, and I'll use them for sure in the future when needed.

They were great! We had lots of rain and had water coming in our bedroom. They came out quick and inspected. Even in the rain. They fixed all the valleys broken tiles and more. Great service and great work.

Called Clark's about a minor roof leak. Donovan came out quickly and inspected the roof issue. Ultimately they determined that the repair would better be done by a gutter repair company and they gave me a referral to one. I really appreciate their rapid response and honest evaluation and recommendation. Will definitely use Clark's when I have any future roof issues.

Clark and his crew recently finished replacing the roof on our house, two garages, and a little studio building. We had several areas that needed dry rot repair, and we had some sections of gutter that were rusted and needed to be replaced. They also added new leaf guards that are much better than the ones we had before. The entire crew was great.

They worked hard, and cleaned up well when they were finished. Ashley, in the office, was very responsive, and incredibly patient with all my questions. We're very happy with the job that was done, and would absolutely recommend this company.

Clark and his crew have exceeded all our expectations. They were punctual everyday and even finished faster than initially quoted. In addition to the new roof they also put in fresh insulation and gutter guards. I highly recommend this company for anyone considering a new roof. They were also the least aggressive on the front end which goes a long way in making us feel comfortable paying for such a huge expense. Their customer service is the best I've experienced in the construction industry.

Clark came out to repair my roof and did a stand-up job! For starters he was one of only a few people willing to set foot on my roof given the steep pitch. Secondly, his pricing was fair and reasonable and he did not try to up-sell me some fancy roofing repair package. Lastly, his quote came back quickly, he showed up on time, and got the job done. 5 stars!

The crew at Clark's Gables just replaced our comp shingle roof. They did a great job. I'm really happy with the new roof. They cleaned up after themselves. They are a great value. I would recommend them to anyone. They had the job done in about a day and a half.

Clark's Gables Roofing is an excellent, professional company. They completed my roof in 3 1/2 days and it is beautiful. The company owner, Clark Blowers worked on my roof with his crew. Every man was nice and willing to answer questions. They worked hard and made sure everything was done perfectly. My old roof had dry rot so the crew had to do extra work. I could not recommend this company more highly.

We had our entire wooden roof gutted and replaced with tile and new gutters. I couldn't be happier! We have dealt with many contractors in buying our home, but none were as easy and efficient as Clark and his office assistant Ashley. Ashley communicates immediately, she is on top of all the paperwork and takes care of any problems or questions in a very timely manor. Clark and his team come in, work hard and get the job done. I'm very happy to write a review of Clark's Gables Roofing (Clark's). I had Clark's install a roofing system to cover an open beam area in front of my house. The area was poorly designed and long overdue for a change. One would never know that the finished area was altered because Clark's did an excellent job blending in the new roofing system with the roofing system that came with the house. Here's other reasons why I'm giving Clark's the highest grade.

The owner and employees were all very polite, professional and responsive. Thank you Donovan for coming out to my house on time and providing a project estimate and clearly defined scope of work later in the day. We have nothing but positive comments for Clark's Gables Roofing. They are professional. They call you back quickly. They honor their appointments. They do their job with pride. Take photos so you can see what is going on up on roof. They will clean gutters. Unplug downspouts. I find most roof companies will tell you 'that's not part of our job'. Really!

They are priced fair. And what we really admire about Clark's.doesn't matter where you live.gated or not.big or small house.they treat you fairly. We encourag e you to call Clark's first.

The roof on our nearly 40-year old home started to leak during the heavy rainstorms of 2017. (See, the drought does have its upside!) We knew the roof needed replacing so we began the task of getting bids. We found three companies that would come out and two that said they didn't have time. The fact that Clark, himself, came out to inspect the roof and write the bid impressed us.

His bid was very competitive so we included additional rain gutters to our request. Although it would be a couple months out for our job to begin (total roofing replacement with upgraded plywood and insulation to meet California codes), Clark's office kept us informed of the timeline. Since the home is tenant occupied, Clark was very accommodating to their schedules.

Once started, the roof replacement took only 3 days. The work crew left the property cleared of debris at the end of each work day. The finished roof looks amazing and we are extremely happy (as are the tenants!). Would highly recommend Clark's Gables, would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family, and would use them again for any roofing projects.
