The company I work for recently took over as the General Contractor from another contractor a project that was in bad shape. Scott Clayton and his guys were great to work with. They did a great job and were very quick to respond. We used CSI to help fix our rooftop deck that we had built over the Summer. The initial installer used a different system that ended up leaking so CSI came in and installed the TPO Membrane solution and did a great job. From the time Marc came out to consult with us to install date it was approx 2 weeks (and just in time before some decent rain came through). Appreciate the help in solving our problem.

CSI completed a total shingle roof replacement on all three buildings that I manage on a church campus. Every single employee I interacted with throughout the process--quote to completion--was professional and helpful. CSI went above and beyond to make sure that our buildings got taken care of as soon as possible and in the best way possible, from advocating for our needs during the insurance claim/adjustment process, to helping us navigate red tape, to color selection, to timing and organizing the project in a way that worked for our site use, to the care that was taken on a daily basis to tidy up and limit debris on the ground. Everyone from the estimator to the installers worked incredibly hard in a way that is so rare to see nowadays, and with a flair for customer service that is equally rare.

Scott, Ashely our project manager and the crew were all extremely professional. From our first meeting, Scott took as much time as needed to explain the options we had to re-roof our flat roof commercial building. Once we contracted for the work, Ashley kept us informed of the schedule and shared daily updates on the progress of the project once the work began.

The crew, including the assigned foreman, worked diligently to complete the work and did so in a very professional manner and completed the project on time and budget. They provided a very good solution at a reasonable cost.

We could not be more pleased! We have a flat roof home that was built in 1975 with less than ideal technology and materials back in that day. We replaced the roof 20 years ago and it was beginning to deteriorate and leak. We searched for a roofing company who specialized in flat roofs and got a quote. The owner came to our home and explained exactly what they could do and the new better material that was available now.

So we signed a work order contract and got on their schedule. The crew came on the agreed date and replaced our roof in one day with the much advanced membrane than was available 20 years ago then came back the next day to finish up with the trim. They were industrious and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled all the remnants of the old roof away and left our yard neat and clean of debris.

They took photos of the new roof and shared with us since we don't like to climb ladders 2 stories up to the roof. It is well-done and we feel really good about their expertise and the products they used. We can highly recommend The Flat Roof Specialists!
