This is the 3rd time I've used Bassett Roofing and each time I have been impressed with the quality of their work. Don Bassett seems dedicated to helping his customers have their problems solved and saving them money. He has never pushed me into more expensive "options" which would benefit him. I trust his honesty and opinions and recommend him without any reservations.

I told him on his last visit that he has taught me an important lesson. To my regret I have mistakenly relied on "handy men" at the expense of having the job done well by someone who truly cares about workmanship at a reasonable price --- like Don Bassett.

I had my roof replaced a couple years ago and the roofers installed the incorrect vent cover for the dryer. After some time the vent became clogged with lint. Don replaced this cover with the correct vent cover and cleaned out all the lint from the duct. He was easy to work with, efficient, good installation and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend his company to others.

I had some damage to my roof by a raccoon. I called on Don who had previously worked on my roof w/ GAF Weathered Wood in 2015 which his crew did an awesome job then, I have no doubt the repair work will be just as great. I was right. He sent out Dan that afternoon I had called and was able to schedule me in the next day. Thought I'd share the photos of the before w/ the damage and after w/ the repairs w/ the Quad Sealant to keep everything watertight. I was glad to see the shingles haven't aged much. We contacted Don at D Bassett roofing because a friend had them build a cover over their back patio. Don came out, talked to us about options for our patio cover and then gave us time to think over what we wanted. We contacted him a few weeks after our discussion, he gave us a quote and the date they could start as well as what to expect on day one.

The quote was written so that we knew exactly what to expect and left nothing up to interpretation. He and his crew showed up, he reviewed what we should expect on day one. The crew was professional and cleaned up ever evening before they left. During the process I decided I wanted to add an additional electrical outlet, I contacted Don to discuss and we were able to add an additional outlet to power solar shades.

Even with our addition the crew finished on time and we couldn't be happier. During the process we had multiple questions and Don was always willing to answer and explain and never made us feel like our questions were unwarranted. I would definitely use D Bassett again when I am ready to do the renovation of my kitchen and bathrooms.

They removed an interior wall and added a covered porch. This is an excellent company that provides superior craftsmanship with exceptional attention to detail at a reasonable cost. The wall removal looks great and I didn't have to have anything reworked. The covered patio is awesome! All the detail put into it makes it absolutely great. We couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.

I've used D. Bassett Roofing for two separate repairs on my roof. One five years ago when a valley started to leak and recently when we started having a leak around the chimney. Both times they were fast, courteous, price competitive, and performed high quality work. Each time Mr. Bassett called and stopped by personally to see if we had any questions or concerns, and made sure we were happy before providing an invoice.
