We have over 50 years of combined experience in flat roofing in the greater Puget Sound area, offering our residential customers superior service and quality installations. We only install flat or low slope roofs, so our crews are highly experienced in dealing with all challenges associated with these types of roofs.
Mechanically attached system uses polyester reinforced PVC roof membrane. The membrane is fastened directly into the structural deck in any mechanically attached configuration. The PVC material is fastened under the seam overlap along one long side of the membrane directly into the roof deck. The adjacent membrane roll overlaps are then heat-welded with a hot-air welder.
Our crew is all trained and well versed in installing PVC roofs and maintenance. I have a small apartment building with a flat roof. I had a ten year old roof on the building that kept leaking. Mike at Diamond explained to me why this was happening. It was moisture from inside the building. They gave me a very competitive bid. Insulated the crawl space and put on a new roof. They did a great job and were extremely clean. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

We have experienced nothing but quality and professionalism from Diamond Roofers. We have had 3 apartment buildings re-roofed by Diamond and a 4th building is now on the schedule. All roofs have had 0 issues since being 100% completed. During installation of one building in Seattle, heavy rain got through temporary cap metal on the roof and caused water damage to a unit which Diamond completely resolved and repaired. Diamond Roofers replaced a flat roof on one of our apartment buildings that had extensive damage due to weather. The entire working crew was extremely professional. Michaela in the office was in constant communication with our tenants, providing them with updates. Mike Foster was always available to answer any questions I had and would reach out to Leo ( the project manager) to get me an immediate answer. The tenants commented on the professionalism of everyone on job. It was an extensive job and I was very pleased with the work. I highly recommend Diamond Roofing!

We needed to replace our leaking skylight. Mike squeezed us in at the last minute to help. Not only was he quick, he brought a tarp and climbed up onto the roof during a rain storm to cover the skylight for us. As soon as the new skylight was shipped, he was here to install immediately. Mike is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Diamond Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

Diamond Roofers came out and gave us a bid on the leaking flat roof portion of our church building. Their salesman Mike was very communicative and came on time for our appointment. He was very thorough and took pictures to show us what was going on. He provided the bid in a timely manner. He was very professional and never pressured us. We felt it was a fair bid but a couple of our members ended up doing the work.

Don't be fooled by the name change, they are the same company that changes there name every few years to hide the negative reviews. Had some problems and they told me they would take care of it if I remove the negative reviews I left with the BBB. When I called to set up the appointment they changed the name from a llc to a llp and told me they were out of business. They will not back up the work they do. Run from these guys they are bad to the core and hid behind the fish, worst type of business around

Diamond Roofing installed a PVC roof on 3 buildings for us 10 yrs ago. We recently experienced a leak because of poor workmanship on the installation. A vent pipe had been installed crooked many years a go, may even be original. It should have been called out by them on the installation of the roof but was not and they improperly installed the roof around it, there fore it leaked and caused damage in 2 apartments.
They provided a bid that was twice as much as other contractors without any responsibility for their poor workmanship. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and their response was an out and out LIE that it never failed. The said the bathroom vent and paint failed. We had a professional inspect all the ceilings with a thermal camera and guess what, the problem was only in the area of their irresponsibly poor workmanship. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, they don't stand behind their work and then they lie about it.
