Had to reschedule the consultation walk-through. Very happy Tim accommodated to do it the following day. Durafoam is competent, reliable and has outstanding work ethic. Post-foam layout was beyond my expectation - very clean and sharp lines with no over spray to off-limit areas.

Dura-Foam is very professional. The bidding process was quick, straight-forward, and include everything. The work, which was a recoat of our current work was done exactly as described. They even cleaned off all the leaves off the garage roof. They understood how to coat correctly with the tile.

I recently had to contact Durafoam as a person that inherited their warranty from the past owner of our home. I was impressed with how friendly, responsive and reasonable they were about addressing my concern. The complete opposite of what I rehearsed in my head before calling. What a refreshing change to find conscientious, integrity in the roofing world!

I hired Durafoam to tear-off and replace my foam roof in Feb 2018. The job was just "completed" the first week of April after months of corrective work. Zero slope for drainage over the garage and other areas, peeling top coat, foam bubbles, uneven flashing, nail pops, interior drywall damage and a bunch of overspray on brand new windows. Any single issue (or even a couple) wouldn't have a big deal to address, but collectively it's sure feels like I picked the wrong roofing company.

The corrective grinding has left my new roof appearing like a patch job. Although Durafoam DID respond to the issues over time, the corrective work was sloppy and the owner's reaction felt like a ho-hum, "I'll send the crew back out." Nah thanks, I'm done.

My patio roof was in bad shape and in real need of a do over. The tile area close to my fireplace chimney was loosening a bit and i was worried if i would see my roof leaking on a wet day. Durafoam sealed up my patio pretty well last year and i have not had any issues till now. Duane Forstie was my point of contact sales and he was prompt enough to come and inspect the roof 1 year later. I would recommend Durafoam to anybody looking to get their patio fixed and sealed for long term.

Within a day of requesting a quote, Duane showed up on time and could not have been more helpful and patient with all of my questions. I received a quote by email within an hour of his visit and a personal call to thank me for giving him a chance to assist in our project. No pressure, just genuine appreciation for the potential business. Typically I get two estimates for work like this.but this time I cancelled the second appointment as it was clearly unnecessary to look further.

Pathetic customer service. I'm in the process of buying a house whose roof was done be durafoam, and just figuring out the warranty details is like pulling fingernails. You wouldn't even know you were calling a business by how this guy answers the phone, and I'm starting to get the impression he really doesn't care to try doing his job today.

To be specific, the roof was only done 2 or 3 years ago, but already has significant cracking and ponding, yet he (I haven't even been given the guys' name) just keeps saying "well it was just recently done and there's a warranty on it, so it should be fine." Right. THAT'S WHY THERE IS A WARRANTY. Clearly you did a bad job, now it's time to fix that job. I'm not sure how the sellers of the house aren't jumping down this company's throat by now, as a roof is more than enough to make someone back out of buying.

Efficient, High Quality but Costly. Four stars for workmanship and two stars for cost to make three stars. Seven years ago I needed my wood shingles replaced plus the flat portion of my roof resurfaced. I paid a princely sum but the roof needed attention. I was working so never knew what was involved or how much time was required. At that time I was pleased with the results and didn't think twice.

A couple of years ago I made the mistake of feeding the birds. Over a six month period I would hear a persistent Gila Woodpecker peck away but was helpless to do anything about it except to stop feeding the birds. I enjoyed looking at the birds and was especially thrilled one morning when a red tailed hawk came out of nowhere and took out a pigeon.

I watched the feast and only one feather was left in less than five minutes. An awesome sight. Last year I surveyed the roof and thought I should do something but held off until this year. I had a quote but didn't like the total. I tried to negotiate a better deal in the down economy but Durafoam wouldn't budge. I went ahead on the resurface but was around to observe this time.

One hour for two workers to power wash both sections of the flat roof. One and a half hours for the same two workers to mask, patch and resurface. In the end very good work but equivalent to hiring two high priced divorce lawyers to help drain the bank account. The only difference this time was I have a pretty, shiny white roof that hopefully won't develop any leaks. Bottom line: Suggest getting several quotes before signing a contract.
