Esary replaced my 25 year old roof. They did a great job on the roof, wonderful clean up, and the workers were pleasant and cheerful. Beverly in the main office was OUTSTANDING in keeping me up to date on the process before, during and after. I highly recommend this company.

"Messed up" on bid 3 times, conveniently adding over $2,000 with last bid. Would give zero stars if I could. The guy who does estimates was late, but called to let us know. While doing the walk around, he seemed very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough but was very unprofessional with his bid. Had to contact him to request bid because it didn't arrive in timeframe he said it would.

First he sent bid for wrong address, then one that didn't have details and options we discussed. Called to ask for details and he said he made a mistake on the bid, but would honor that cost, and would re-cost the options. Next bid was few hundred more for garage roof (and those options weren't changed!) but descent price so we decided to move forward. Then he said "oops" again and sent bid for over $2,000 more, claiming he messed up on previous bid. Not using this company for anything! What a waste of time.

Esary has done three roofing jobs for us over the years, including an office building. Most recently they replaced our house's composite roof. From estimate to completion we have found them to be responsive, communicative and hardworking. We have been happy with every roof they have done for us. They even doubled the crew size on the last day of our most recent job to get the roof completed before a storm came in (we roofed in December). I have never seen anyone work so hard as that crew did to get the job done.

Best roofing team around! Seriously great job and great price. I'm super picky and they were very good at making sure I was pleased with all the details. Can't wait till the next project with them.

We recently hired Esary Roofing to replace our ridge shingles and all 7 of our roof vents. Despite not being the company to install our roof 15 years ago, they were willing to make these repairs. They showed up on time and were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. When the time eventually arrives for us to replace our roof, we will undoubtedly be going with Esary Roofing.

They did quality work with all of the weatherizing flashing. It took a long time to work into their schedule and the price was significantly higher than other roofers in our area.

Responsive, professional communication; competitive bid; top quality work done on time and within budget. This project involved a traditional roof and a flat roof. I recommend Esary without reservation.

They are a terrible employer they dont pay you for time worked and insulted daily by Bill.

This roofing company has taken advantage of my 88 year old grandma. The job they did was terrible and left nails that were hanging in the roof. They told her they were sending her gifts and money back but they never ever did. They said they would fix what they screwed up but they never did. Terrible terrible service. Its been almost 6 months now and nothing has been done.

I would never recomment this company to anyone and if you are looking to get your roof fixed, this company will charge you lots of $$$. So dont do it. Especially if you are an elder because the owener will lie straight to your face and try to be friendly but its all a front. I am disgusted by what they did to my grandma and i am doing everything i can so this conpany doesnt do this to more people.

My son worked for them and he would come home everyday and tell all of us how it would drive him nuts how unprofessional they were and how they only did the bare minimum work on every job site, it made him sick how much there getting paid to do such lazy work, they were very sloppy and they were constantly having to go back to houses they recently did and repair them again.

He would tell us about how the employees would smoke weed and get high in the company vehicle on the way to job sites. He said it was unbelievable how many of them had little to no experience and most of there employees don't even have driver's licenses due to d.u.i.'s etc. and none of them are licensed nor do most of them even have the proper tools to do the job.

They were so unprofessional they couldn't keep track of there own employees they called my son to offer him a job when he already works there saying oh we just found this resume on the desk? Definitely not someone I want doing my roof!

Esary roofing sat on thousands of our dollars for four months before they finally scheduled to replace our roof. Then, they did a poor job at that. They left screws for the metal roof screwed into nothing but air. The sheathing was left exposed. The peak vent was not secured on one end of the roof. But, they did send a final bill and two days later called for the payment to be made.

So we called them.and called them. We had an inspector come out and look at our roof. He agreed.the roof was not done correctly, nor professionally. We are still waiting to hear from them. We just want them to correct their mess so we can be done with them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ROOFING COMPANY!

The worst work, attitude, ethics I have ever encountered. Refused to honor warranty on improperly built roof that turned to mush due to lack of venting required within shingled cathedral ceiling. Diagnosed by Trinity Roofing Consulting Company., which wrote a detailed report, complete with photos, of opened roof. Esary's response was that there is nothing wrong with rotted roof and eight years of problems ignored by the company. I was attacked and accused of lying. After roof replaced by me when Esary refused to do it, problems stopped. Review submitted a few months ago to yelp was somehow deleted!

Our roof started leaking in a torrential storm. Esary sent estimator out to a remote site in 2 days! The staff helped us choose materials and color and accommodated our numerous phone calls. Esary reroofed at a fair price VERY, VERY quickly. The crew was considerate, neat and tidy. Very impressive product and service!

I can't get anyone to return my phone calls now that I am having problems with my skylights. I wish I could post a picture. I will give the owner credit for his willingness to have parts of the job re-done when I originally complained about the poor quality on the most visible part of the roof, but of course he should have hired someone that did it right the first time, and supervise the 'new' guys.

Very satisfied. Crew was professional and careful. Cleanup was thorough. All flashing and extras were good quality and carefully installed.

Don't use them if you expect any sort of communication. DJ, the salesperson, was very in touch and attentive until he got our money. We have a couple issues to get sorted out and have been trying to get in touch with anyone from the company for three days with no calls back. It's not worth the hassle, I would avoid. There are plenty of roofing companies out there.
