We had a pretty serious leak in our roof. On a Friday morning, I called 3 companies, and Alex was the first person who I spoke to in person who could come out that same day. He said he would be there between 4:30 and 5:00, which he was. He was thorough in troubleshooting where the leaking was coming from, explained how he could fix it, when he could fix it, and gave us a verbal estimate within $50 of how much the final cost turned out to be.
It was actually much less expensive than we had feared it would be. They did the work in less than a week, AND sent before and after pictures of the roof showing what they had done. They cleaned up after the work was complete, which has not always been our experience. We highly recommend this company.

Exceptional Exteriors is a wonderful company to work with. After the hailstorm in 2018, they came out quickly and gave us a video to see the damage to our roof. They worked with our insurance company and gave us a quick turn around time to get the work done. They worked around my husband's schedule and were able to get the roof replaced quickly and all the trash rolled away before I even got back home that evening. I have nothing but positive things to say about the entire Exception Exteriors team and am very happy that I chose them to replace my roof.

From start to finish Exceptional Exteriors were just the best. They were very professional and took their time to explain everything to us exactly as it was going to happen. There were a couple little things that are inconsequential. I think they did a great job on my roof. My property value has gone up and I am very pleased with the job they did and I would recommend this company to anyone!

I had a great experience with Exceptional Exteriors! I found them to be up-front and honest with their estimating and Kevin even came out when the insurance company came to check my roof for hail damage. The crew was hard-working and cleaned up after themselves! I have recommended this company to several friends and they have also had positive experiences.
Sometimes navigating the insurance claim experience can be challenging for the consumer, but I feel as though this company does a great job explaining the process and my out-of-pocket estimate was very accurate.

Rob Clement came to my house to help me out with a gutter issue. He quickly found and solved my problem and while he was on the roof inspected my gutters and advised me on possible problem areas that can cause damage to the exterior of my house. Exceptional Exteriors did an excellent job on a complete roof(hail damage) re-roof in 2014.. From start with Troy Anderson to the final clean-up. Troy and crews found items that were missed by my insurance adjuster; handled them w/adjuster so I didn't have to. They adjusted their schedules to accommodate ours and then completed all work on time. No materials(nails and such) were left behind! I would utilize their services again w/o hesitation.

Exceptional Exteriors replaced my roof and repaired my gutters this summer and did a fabulous job. They are a really polished organization, very responsive, paying attention to every detail. They always arrived on time as scheduled, completing the job promptly and safely, and to my full satisfaction. Anytime I have a question, he is prompt at responding and always follows through with what he says he will do.
