Fairfield County Exteriors is fantastic! They came in on budget-Replaced my 30 year old roof on time-and were clean--also replaced three skylights and some siding as well as some light carpentry. Neil is a great guy and does not try to push extras on you like some other roofers tried. He is very honest and excellent as was his crew. My roof was completed in April and looks great.

We were extremely happy with Fairfield County Exteriors. They recently replaced the windows on our house and did a wonderful job. They were thorough, patching up a few places in which water had leaked into the house and went above and beyond. Additionally, each day, they always cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them, particularly for window replacements!

I researched about 5 roofing companies and chose Fairfield. Neil is the man, full of solutions and answers. Honest family guy. Good prices, no red tape, no salesman, no waste. I wouldn't goto another roofing company. Also, big 5 stars for standing behind his work. 2 years after install I had some questions and he responded immediately. Get comfortable under a Fairfield roof. Thanks Neil!

I Would give zero stars if i could. My experience with this company was short and to the point. I contacted them for a proposal to get my roof, siding, and gutters replaced. In my conversation with Neil, he rudely and persistently asked how many proposals I was getting for this work. After some back and forth he made it clear this was not a job he is interested in.
I'm sorry, but when we are talking about a $50,000+ job it behooves anyone to check with multiple contractors to verify not just cost but installation methods, products, ect. If they were confident in their work and had a competitive price, they stood just as good a chance of being awarded this job as the next contractor. Its clear this company is looking for uneducated saps to take advantage of. BEWARE!

A big shout-out to Neil Velasquez of Fairfield County Exteriors. A section of our flat roof blew off due to wind gusts. Neil came out immediately (a Saturday, no less), assessed the situation, and had his crew at our home first thing Monday to tarp and secure the roof in preparation for a huge snowstorm that evening. Fairfield County Exteriors doesn't install flat roofs yet Neil still took the time and care to protect our home knowing that we'd have to use another company to install a new flat roof. This company epitomizes great service and I won't hesitate to work with them on future projects.

In a word? Awesome! From start to finish, I can't say enough about how thrilled we are with Fairfield County Exteriors. Neil was at our house to look at the project (re-siding) the day my husband called him. It's been smooth sailing all the way through. Every person on his crew re-sided our house to perfection, and Neil was fantastic to work with. If you need an exterior project done, Fairfield County Exteriors is the only contractor to do it.

I highly recommend Fairfield County Exteriors! Working with Neil made the entire process easy and stress free. They re-sided my house in Royal Celect siding, replaced all trim, gutters, slider and fixed some other issues that previous contractors did not do correctly. The crew is highly skilled, professional and all materials were ordered and on site promptly for the start of the project.
