Feazel Roofing

I have used Feazel a couple of times in the last 14 years fir roof repairs. They are responsive and competitively priced. I recently had an inspection and quote done for a roof replacement I am planning and saving to have done next year. I met with TJ, who is professional, personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely be engaging Feazel for my new roof. No high pressure sales tactics, just great customer service.

I'm surprised to read some of the other reviews on this page. Andrew and his team came out last year and did a full roof replacement. Professional, consultative and thorough from start to finish. We are very pleased!

Had a full roof/decking and gutters done. Estimate was competitive, and the lifetime warranty on the roof sold me. Had some minor issues with the gutter install, but Drew Bailey was quick to follow up and make things right with me. My roof looks great, and it's comforting knowing it is 100% new from the rafters up. Good for us, and the next owners when the time comes! Appreciate all the hard work from your entire team.

I hired Feazel in December for what I was told would be a 2 day job. It took 5 months! The only time they showed as scheduled, was the day they came to give me an estimate. Every time I called, it was another excuse. They tried to bill me even before the work was finished. Second team blamed the first team, even though I tried to explain that I hired one company! If they choose to use sub-contractors it is still their responsibility to complete the job. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Feazel is a company I can happily recommend. From the day Travis first looked at my wind damaged roof to Dan keeping me apprised of a rain delay through the day Santos and his crew installed my beautiful new roof and left my yard looking like they had never been there, this has been a pleasant experience. First, Travis is trustworthy. He also knows the business and is excellent at explaining both roofing and insurance.

He had suggestions and I am glad I followed each one. Our meeting with the adjustor was casual and positive and insurance is covering almost all of the cost. On the install day Dan was available and actually explained some of the new technologies that could prevent some of the issues we were seeing with my older roof. He assured me I can call him if I have any issues and I have no doubt he'll take care of them.

And Santos and his crew are amazing. They all work hard, they are pleasant and say hi, they do great work, they take great care of the property, and they clean up. Not one flower was smashed, not one piece of shingle was left and I haven't seen a single nail. And I have a beautiful new roof!

Feazel did a wonderful job from initial contact to project end. Travis was extremely responsive to every question and concern I had along the way and never left me out of the loop. We experienced exceptional service from Bryce Duncan at Feazel. He assisted us with a hail damage claim at our home. He was present at every meeting we had with our insurance adjuster. He provided expert advice and guidance throughout the claims process. Most impressive was Bryce's professionalism. There were several appointments at our house; Bryce was promptly on time for each and every appointment. Bryce was always easily accessible by phone or text, always being available for us. Feazel replaced my entire roof, gutters and siding on my house. My house was about 20 years old and it was time. I have a new house thanks to them and it looks amazing. John, Andrew, and Eric were all wonderful to work with. If I had to do it again, I'd want all these guys by my side to do it again. Any issues that came up, I could call them and we would get it straight. I now have a home that I'm proud of and it was a great experience. Hopefully this helps others make the decision.

Eric, project manager, was the BEST manager I have ever met. I cannot say enough good things about him. After our new roof was on, we did a walk through and all my questions and concerns we immediately taken care of and fixed. I truly believe Feazel put our roof on with care and precision. Eric also took the time to inspect it twice to make sure everything was just right. What a fantastic listener and communicator! We are VERY HAPPY with the service, kindness, and professionalism. The Feazel team put a new roof on our house last week and did an outstanding job. First Andrew Leacham, our account lead, went above and beyond in working with our insurance provider, being an advocate, and keeping us informed. Then, on job day a team of 7 showed up by 7:15 and finished the job later in the day. The work team, lead by Greg, worked hard and smart. We needed new siding, fascia, gutters and windows on our home. We contacted Feazel in late June/early July 2020 to get an estimate and a sales rep came out within a few days. Looked over everything, gave us an overall estimate, estimate on what our monthly payment would be and helped us secure financing through their financier Green Sky. There was an issue that prevented us from getting the entire loan amount secured so we were able to get half of it financed and then once we took care of the issue we were told by our sales rep that it wouldn't be a problem to get the remainder financed.

Initially we were told that the entire job would be completed by Labor Day. Labor Day came and went with no work. Then we were told it should be done by Thanksgiving. Again, no work was done by Thanksgiving. We were told that with COVID there were delays in manufacturing our materials. Finally in December 2020 work was started. Once all of the siding was removed from our home the crew discovered severe damage to some floor joists and 2x4's and said that they could not put the new siding up until it was fixed.

Fast forward a few weeks - we had a different contractor come to our house and fix the damaged wood all over the exterior of our home. There was a lot more than what the Feazel crew had initially told us. This crew said that they didn't know how the Feazel window installers had installed some of our windows because the framing was so rotted; the windows should not have been installed with the wood in such bad condition.

Once the wood repairs were completed the Feazel team came back out to finish the work. It was completed rather quickly and looked good. Since completion in January 2021 we've had some issues. There are spots where the material doesn't seem secure, other spots where it looks curved or has a rippled effect. The crew left scrap material on top of the roof of our side porch which we were finally able to get down when we got on the roof to blow off leaves this fall. Additionally, the initial loan that was opened for us was for about half of the total financed amount, as I stated above.

Because it took so long for Feazel to complete the work and submit our bill to Green Sky, the account had actually been closed by Green Sky for inactivity. Because of this we had to reapply for a Green Sky loan in October/November of 2021, with no help from our sales rep, for the full bill amount. The monthly payment is almost double what we were first quoted by the Feazel sales rep. Lastly, when we signed our contract in 2020 there was a promotion with Green Sky (I can't remember if it was 0% interest for so many months or a very low interest rate) but because the account was closed and we had to open a new one, we lost out on the promotion and now have a 10% interest rate.

Not to mention our credit was hit twice, once for each loan application. I would totally agree with one of the other reviews - Feazel just wants your money. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Feazel was amazing. Bryce and his team were exactly what we were hoping for as a homeowner. We had never had to have our roof replaced and each member of their team was courteous and helpful when it came to our questions. Their roofers were very thoughtful in cleaning our yard from any debris they had. I just had a roof replaced on the house we moved into and it was paid for by someone else. I wish I could have Feazel replace that roof because the difference was immense.

I'm a realtor here in Hamilton county, and Feazel replaced the roof on my home. They did a quick 1 day job, including clean up. Bryce worked with my insurance adjustor and it went very smoothly. Since then, if a client has a roofing issue on an inspection, I give Bryce a call and he has been very responsive in checking out the roof, giving me his professional opinion and a quote if needed. Great service.

Bryce contacted me and asked if he could inspect our roof for hail damage, I agreed. He found damage and helped us make an insurance claim. They then, worked with our claims adjuster to make this work. They arranged with Blue Raven Solar to remove our solar panels, did a great job on the roof replacement, replaced the gutters and downspouts. The process was done very well and we are completely satisfied! I work in the home improvement business so I am not easily satisfied. Great work!

Bryce came out and took a look at my roof and was excellent. Advised me that there was no damage but I had windows that possibly had hail damage. From there, Gary came out and looked at my windows and advised that there was no damage. This was an amazing free service and I would recommend to everyone. Replaced windows which had sustained hail damage to the aluminum window wrapping. Replaced a few others, including some very large arch windows etc. Pella windows good quality. The team of workers were very skilled. Excellent job installing window trim. Everyone was very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Entire process was explained fully in advance so there were no surprises. Would highly recommend this outfit.

A recent roof replacement by Feazel Inc due to Spring Hail damage proved to be an EXCELLENT experience for me. The crew was efficient, speedy, professional, and friendly. The actual roofing job was completed in only 6 hours on my 1600 sq ft home and the almost perfect clean up process was completed in less than another hour. Roof, gutters, and all screens were destroyed by hailstorm. Feazel did a great job of working with me through the claim process, meeting and responding to adjusters and inspectors, etc Once approved, they did great work on a very reasonable timeline. The crew was professional and courteous.

Hunter stopped by and saw a bad spot on my roof from the street level. I was skeptical but my hubby invited him to share his thoughts. Within the week they were meeting with our insurance company and were approved for a full re-roof. Mike his supvr and Hunter came out and explained everything that was going to take place. They were both super sweet and very personable.

The roof was installed within the month, which doesn't even compare to the wait time of my neighbors. I was really concerned about the amount of nails I would find in my yard after completion. FIVE- that's it! Five nails. they cleaned up so well! I was really impressed with everyone and the company start to finish and I'm a hard sell.

We are retired and have homes in Florida and Ohio. When we returned from Florida in late July we noticed that some of the neighbors were having roof work done. They told us that in early April there was a heavy hail storm in the area and some of the roofs were damaged. On August 4, Matt Wiechelman of Feazel Roofing knocked on our door and asked if we would like to have our roof inspected for damage.

We agreed and after walking the roof he showed us pictures of the hail damage. We contacted our insurer (Cincinnati Financial) and an adjuster came out the next day and agreed the roof should be replaced. Replacement was scheduled for August 19. At 7 am that morning an army of the hardest workers that we have ever seen arrived to start removing the old roof.

They laid tarps to protect the landscaping and concrete and got to business. By 8:00 pm that night we had a new roof. They stayed until 9:30 cleaning up (with flashlights) and the next morning two workers came to clean up the remaining small debris and any nails or metal. Matt came out that day and checked on the work and on our satisfaction. We are very happy with Feazel and Cincinnati Insurance. We would recommend both.

If there were a negative star rating, I'd give it. John Forst, a Feazel sales rep came to my house to do an estimate. He mostly talked a lot about my being able to get a "free roof" since the insurance company would pay for it. At the time, I wasn't interested in dolling out the deductible so I confirmed with them the roof was in good enough shape and I decided to wait for a few.

Last week, I started getting emails from John Forst talking about statute of limitations and, in general trying to do a hard sell of which I am not a fan. When I didn't bite, even asked him to stop contacting me he replied with an email that reads in part. "Your not very bright & is exactly what we thought about you! You have no clue!". I will be getting a new roof but it will not be with Feazel. Ever.

Had some roof damage on 5/10 which was covered by insurance. Called Feazal for estimate. They arrived at the scheduled time and date. We signed the contract and paid $3k deposit. Told we would be contacted in 2 weeks with the installation date. Never heard from them. Called and left numerous messages but no reply. On 6/24, called again and demanded a full refund of the deposit or installation completed in 1 week. Amazingly, the roof was installed on 6/29.

When the crew left we noticed damage to our house and incomplete agreed upon work. After calling numerous times, finally talked to a person and was told they would be out to inspect within the next week. No one has ever shown up or called. Continue to call and leave messages with no response. A month has passed since installation. Ready to sue!

Appointment for roof evaluation scheduled for 12-1 on Thursday. The evaluator didn't show up and no explanation given. Would no use this company.

Buyer beware: the sales department is separate from operations. Amie in their Westchester office gave me a date for roofing which was not correct. Then gives me another date for gutters and they never showed up. Gutters installed a week later. She basically just lies and no apologies. It has been several weeks since all work done and I still have not received a copy of the final invoice or letter of completion as required by my insurance. Their sales and marketing are slick but everything else is a hassle.

At first glance the is a good place to have your roof completed. As I have learned all his company wants is your money. Poor, poor customer service after the sale. Promises gave was thrown out the window and lots of lies. If your getting quotes make sure Feazel is last one called because they will lie and almost brake your arm to have you sign their contract. If your experience was bad as mine please post on social media so others are warned of Feazel bad business practices.

After doing some comparative shopping and getting several estimates, we ended up going with Feazel at the end of last year to replace all of our windows, a sliding door, roof, and to install gutter guards. It has now been about 9 months since the work was done so we wanted to provide our review of the various aspects of the process. Overall we would give them 4 out of 5 stars.

Here is the breakdown: Sales: 4 stars - Overall we had no complaints with the Feazel sales process. The salesman was very easy to work with and ended up providing us with what we felt was the best value for our money. The only real issue we experienced was that 4 of our windows arrived with the wrong grid patterns and had to be reordered and replaced at no cost.

Roof Installation: 2 stars - This was the most disappointing aspect of the entire Feazel experience. The crew that came out was on-time but unfortunately there did not appear to be an foreman in the group. Because there was no foreman, no one came to talk to me at the start of the work to confirm the scope or discuss the process. Additionally, only one of the guys spoke enough English for me to be able to communicate with them.

This was particularly a problem because I noticed that they were not roofing our shed or installing a bath vent which were supposed to be a part of the project scope. I had a very difficult time communicating this with them. The roofing guys worked very hard throughout the day and even after it got dark they were using car headlights. At the end of the day, one guy did ring the doorbell letting me know they would be back the next day to continue clean-up and finish the shed.

This leads me to the other negative aspect of the roof install. the mess. Even after the guys were done and "cleaned up" there was still a still a ton of shingle pieces in our yard and our bushes. Even months later we are still finding them. I would have liked to see them do a much better job cleaning up. Window Installation: 5 stars - We were very pleased with the window crew that came out.

We had a great foreman and the crew worked quickly and efficiently to replace our windows and door. Maintenance/Repair Crew: 5 stars - Feazel has a crew of two guys that handle maintenance and repairs. We have had these guys out a couple of times and think they have been great to work with. They are punctual, knowledgeable and very friendly. Often companies can be difficult to deal with when it comes to after the sale support but to us, this has been Feazel's strongest area.

Update. They came and got the skid. From my understanding the subcontractor took the sidding without being told to by feazel. Feazel tried toreturn material but they do not have it. This tells me the sub took it for his personal use. Not good. update : just talked to feazel got info on sub. he thinks they used the leftover from original job for repairs threw out stuff they pulled off. wish I had been there

Never showed up! Called day before so I could send him a pic. No answer, no show. from Sharonville to Reading must have been too much!

Everyone we have worked with at Feazel has been extremely professional and has earned our trust. They have done everything they have said they would do, installed our roof in one day in a very efficient manner. Their price was better than some others we had gotten and they have given us a lifetime written warranty on the roof that includes labor should there ever be any problems in the future. Their attention to detail and the addressing of all our concerns is outstanding. I recommend this company.

Mike Feazel does not care about the safety of your family. After having our roof replaced by Feazel roofing I came home from work to find 25 roofing nails scattered throughout my yard and driveway. When I spoke to Mike Feazel about the issue I asked how many nails was an acceptable number to find in the yard. He would not give me an answer but when I told him I had found 25 nails he said 20-30 was acceptable.

He also said I should not allow my 5 year old son to play in our yard for a year after the job because of the nails his company leaves behind. Feazel claims 100% cleanup and satisfaction for their work. I believe they missed the mark on this job. If you want a good roof and a clean yard do not call Feazel! They leave nails behind and think it is okay.
