At Final Touch Roofing and Remodeling we always strive for perfection. We only use the best siding materials on the market. In our opinion, wood siding should always be replaced with James Hardie plank siding. This is a cement fiberboard that will never rot. With our heat and humidity cement fiber siding is the best solution.
With the recent hail and windstorms that we have had in our area lately we want to help inform homeowners how not to be ripped off by a roofing contractor. In the state of Texas there is no licensing for roofing contractors at all. Any one can open a so-called roofing contractor business, rip people off with little or no consequences, and when the heat gets to bad; close it and open another company with no oversite. First you want to make sure your roofing contractor has been in business for at least 5 years.

Ted Durrett and everyone at Final Touch Roofing make them the BEST roofing company in the greater Houston area. They replaced our roof a couple years ago, have inspected before and after each Hurricane-season and just been delightful to work with. Superior technical materials and craft. You can’t go wrong with this high integrity company. So appreciate Ted and the whole Final Touch team. They say “your roof is their roof!” Customer service beyond.

We had a raccoon eat a sizeable hole in our roof. I called Final Touch who were able to get to me within a couple of days (I had much longer wait times when I called other companies, we are six months past Hurricane Harvey). Ted called the morning of the service to say that he would arrive within 10 minutes of the start of the one hr window that I was given.
I told him that just isn't service that you get anymore (calling to say, I am on time, just want you to know). He was courteous and knew exactly how to address patching my roof to prevent more water damage than I already had. He even offered some answers on how to approach repair of the interior of my house. I had the estimate for the ultimate fix of my roof in my inbox the very next day. So, I gave an excellent score based on customer service and doing what you say you will do!

Had some hail damage around the first of the year. Called Final Touch Roofing to come look and give me an honest answer to my question, "Should I call the insurance?" Paul, the owner, came out and inspected at the appointed time and gave me an answer, "Yes, call!" Insurance adjuster came out along with Paul and the adjuster quoted a price and the game was on.
All materials were delivered the day before and the crew showed up on time and started. Because Final Touch takes a few extra steps,at no additional cost, the roof was completed in three days. Roof looks good. Then the part I dread, clean up. I was taken back as I watched the crew cleaning. Not only did they drag the magnet across the yard, but one of the crew started sifting in all flower beds looking for any debris, I was amazed, since I had never seen anything like this before. Need a new roof, call Final Touch Roofing in Rosenburg and be amazed at the finished product.
