Most homeowners will eventually have to replace their existing roof with a new one of similar or greater material. While the investment is not a small one, a new roof can add value and curb appeal to your property. We use only the best quality shingles, along with the best warranty available. First Colony Roofing's three locations in Sugar Land, Richmond, and Missouri City, TX are in the primary areas to serve the Greatwood and New Territory of Texas. Our staff and crew go the extra mile when installing a new roof on your home.
Even when a storm produces no rain or hail, your roof can still sustain damage. Strong winds can create stress points on a roof that, over time, can weaken and become compromised. While roofs are designed to resist typical wind loads, they can be incrementally damaged over the years by high winds and debris carried by the wind.

Fourth roof leak since new installed 4 years ago. Had to pay for inside repairs every time. Lousy workmanship. They don't take pride in their work and owner always refuses to make repairs for his incredibly sub-par work.
