Never actually met my salesman but Katlyn and Olivia from the office were on top of the entire process! Bid came in at average, work was started sooner than estimated, after a few slight miscommunications the job moved along well. Lots of wood replacement was needed (I warned them and expected it) despite being rained out every day the guys finished in a decent time frame, even working on Sunday.
They also built up my flat roof so that it would be angled and incorporated into the rest of the house. The new wood looks great and 3 weeks later still no leaks after 12 years of dealing with it. Final cost came in lower than expected with all the wood replacement.

I have used Freeman Roofing several time in the last few years for total roof replacement on one residence to incidental roof repairs on another. They have put roofs on all my relatives homes in the area. I found their costs to be approx. $4K less than comparable quotes. Their workmanship warranty is the best I have ever seen extending for years longer than others.

Freeman roofing has been excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way. From start to finish everything was extremely fast everything looked great and I feel secure with a job that they did. They were able to be reasonable regarding where, when and How to pay. I'm even gonna have them to my mother's house which is going to be a big job.

I Highly recommend Freeman Roofing Company. The crew were professional and efficient. Prior to removing old shingles, they removed items from around the house and patios and lay tarps completely around the hose to collect debris. A crew of three completed my roof in two days. Clean up was through and all outside items were returned to original positions. This was a plus. As senior citizens my wife and I can no longer do much of a physical nature.

Easy to deal with. No fuss or hassle during the inspection / estimate stage. Roofers called ahead of time to verify when they were showing up. Everything was quick and prompt. They even did a great job cleaning up debris! I think I may have found maybe 1 roofing nail, and it was in a bush. Great job, definite recommend. Service: Roof installation

I can speak for others but the Freeman agent that came out (Robert) was very insightful, polite, professional and knowledgeable. The work was done quicker than expected & a inspection was done. Robert was easy to get in touch with as well Payments were easy & secure to make. I received quality estimates and reciepts to use for my insurance claim. After dealing with a hurricane home owners need a competent & trustworthy contractor that can understand the hardships a owner may be dealing with during the recovery efforts. Freeman roofing provided this quality service for us.

They were supposed to show up last Saturday to get the deposit and pick shingle color. Never showed up. I left vm. No return call. Called the office and left vm; no return call. If there was a reason they decided they didn't want the job they could at least have the decency to let you know. So disgustingly unprofessional. If you decide to go with them, have a backup ready in case they bail on you

We were in a pinch to get a new roof due to our insurance company telling us that they would cancel our coverage if we didn't get a new roof. We couldn't be happier with our experience with this company! The shingles they installed were great quality and they did what they said they would do. They were on time and very professional. Our neighbors have also used this company for their roof as well because of how they took care of us.

We had our roof replaced by Freeman Roofing and they did a fantastic job on the roof and even made some improvements, by adding a ridge vent, which will cut down on the heat in our attic. They showed up when they said they would and got the roof changed out within a few days. And, they cleaned up all of the debris. I would highly recommend this professional roofing company. They are honest, deliver quality work and their prices are much better than competitors.

I highly recommend Freemans Roofing, they have a fast, friendly, and courteous crew. My rep, Shane Thomas, went out of his way to meet me during my busiest time of the year to help explain everything. He made the whole experience really enjoyable. He explained the differences in shingles, barriers, and services that they offer. They were in and out within 3 days. Top of the line service at a reasonable price. If you need a roof done definitely call asap, they do free estimates as well. Thank you guys for the great job!

Freeman Roofing performed unauthorized work on my property. The Escambia County Contractor Competency Board found James Freeman guilty on two counts, including misconduct in the practice of contracting. He was found in violation of Part I of Chapter 489, Florida Statutes and Article II of Chapter 18 of the Escambia County Code of Ordinances governing registered contractors in Escambia County.
