Unfortunately the front of my house was cut out to add flashing. This was done according to a code that he could not provide, no other homes of the same model in the neighborhood have this flashing, not a single one. The drip edge installed was the wrong color and they destroyed a portion of our gutters. They did fix the drip edge and gutters. After several failed attempts to fix the damaged stucco (this has been going on for 4 months) I'm still getting the run around. This has prevented me from placing the house on the market. I would give no stars if it would allow it.

Caveat: I haven't actually used Mike's roofing services (yet), but his advice over the phone was priceless. Buying a home is ridiculously stressful, especially when problems arise after inspection. After calling a plethora of roofing companies that refused to even discuss my potential home's roof problems, I found Mike. He was kind, professional and, most importantly, extremely knowledgeable of the perils of solar panels on roofs in South Florida.

First of all, he responded immediately to my call. His charge for a formal quote is very reasonable, $200 (and he said when he isn't too busy, it can be free). And even when I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted to make that investment yet, he still spent another 10 minutes on the phone with me giving advice into my home purchase. I highly recommend Mike for his responsiveness and how much he actually cares about his customers.

He actually was trying to talk me out of using his service, telling me he would rather see me walk away from this sale than pay him unnecessarily. It's hard to find people like this.

I had an excellent experience with Global Roofing's owner Mike Reut since the very firth time I met him. Not only he was very friendly but he gave me the best solution for my roof leak repair and he also went above and behing by adding the white mastic coating on the repair he made and all of this at a very reasonable price. I have to say that my experience with Global Roofing Specialist was one of the best I've ever had with any contractor. I had never before replaced the roof on my home and so had no experience whatsoever with timing, how expensive it was and so forth. Mike's an easy guy to deal with, he tells it like it is and his prices are incredibly fair. Actually, he pointed out a few things that he could have fixed and then charged me for (and I would never have known it.) Instead he told me that they would last a few more years until they needed to be replaced and saved me a few bucks In the process.

If you are a roof newbie like me, you can put your trust in Mike and his team. They are on a short list of excellent contractors and I have used over the years and highly recommended.

Great service. Very honest. I called Mike from Global Roofing for a leak we had in a vent on our roof. He showed up on time, was very attentive and professional. He's extremely knowledgeable about roofing. He knows what he's doing and he's very honest which is refreshing. They even went in my attic to be thorough and see where the leak was and pointed out some other things to look out for with regards to our air conditioner, which was completely unrelated. I would highly recommend Mike and Global Roofing.

When we moved into our new home, we learned that we needed a new roof. The last thing we needed was the cost involved in building a new roof. We were pleasantly surprised with how easy and affordable Global Roofing made it! They even hauled all of their debris! We are glad we found Global Roofing!
