We live in the UP of Michigan and was having issues with finder Neg a company that knew how to figure out hardie siding, and all aspects of it. I found this company online and within a few hrs I had a phone call and text and was able to figure out everything we needed and how to do it with the help from these guys. They went above and beyond to help us and told us to call or text them with any questions we have during our process. I would recommend them hands down. Great company!

Grennan construction recently tore off and replaced my home's aging roof. A large project they managed to finish in two days. Any concerns or questions I had were quickly addressed by the program manager, sales team or owner. All work completed was done at an exceptional level with competitive pricing. I will use a Grennan Construction again for future home renovation needs.

Grennan was very professional from start to finish. They replaced our aluminum siding with vinyl siding and installed gutter guards. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and we were very happy with the end result. The job was done well with high quality materials. No skimping. Would recommend to anyone in need of construction work.

Grennan Construction recently put siding and new gutters on my house and all I have to say is wow. Not only were they the best price out of 4 quotes that I received but the workmanship and timely matter that the job was completed was amazing. I felt like our house was the eyesore of our street and now it stands out. I can't even count how my complements we have received from our neighbors on how it turned out.

From the start Fred (the owner) was patient and took the time to explain all the options and help us to decide what was best for us. I never felt pressured or like he was trying to sell us something we didn't need or want. Super professional and was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall I wish I could give this company more then 5 stars because they made this process so easy.

We used Grennan Construction to put James Hardie siding on our house. They gave us a good quote and were easy to work with. The installers listened to our concerns and gave us suggestions when we asked for them. They addressed any issues that we had as we went along. We would definitely work them with again. Probably one of the best experiences with a contractor ever. Price was competitive, detailed and transparent. Guys were very professional, quality installation, attention to detail. A lot of little extras that they didn't nickel and dime us for without complaint. Of particular note, the color we picked for our gutter downspouts didn't look the same as the sample.

We brought it to their attention to see what could be done about it. They agreed it didn't match and came out and replaced it with another color immediately without any hesitation or pushback at no cost to us. Now that's how you take care of a customer. Highly recommend.

Work performed very efficiently and very well. The workers were fast and protected all our plants and deck. They cleaned up all debris and left no damage. They walked us through the entire process and communicated every step. Would definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good about the experience we had with Grennan Construction. We had an extensive remodel done on the exterior and every contractor who came exceeded our expectations. We had a porch torn off and a new one built and the work was precise and well done. We had stone work added and it looked so beautiful on the front part of the house we ended up adding an entire half wall on the back side of the home.

New vinyl siding everywhere. Can I just say: I can't remember a harder working crew than the guys who did the siding. Many days they were there from 7:30 am until 7:00 at night, many times taking only a 15 minute lunch break. We had some excruciatingly hot days but that didn't stop them. Honestly, we were blown away by their work ethic. Brandon was a wonderful site manager. Any time we had questions he was over to the house with answers. We absolutely love our home now!
