Hageman Roofing Founded by John W. Hageman in 1925, Hageman Roofing has provided over 90 years of service that continues today under the leadership of his grandsons, Gary and Larry Hageman. Both men took over the company in 2007 following the passing of their father, Jack Hageman, who had presided over the Company since 1962. Faithful to the family tradition since 1925, the new leaders continue to pay constant attention to the numerous details that make a big difference in ensuring the structural integrity of a roof.
Services
Combined with our unparalleled knowledge and experience, we are able to ensure exceptional workmanship that is highly durable and cost effective. We resurface built up roofing, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and other specialty roofs.
Built up roofs, referred to by the acronym BUR, have been in use in the U.S. for more than 100 years and Hageman Roofing has been delivering quality roofs of this kind since 1925. These roof systems are commonly referred to as "tar and gravel" roofs. BUR systems generally are composed of alternating layers of bitumen and reinforcing fabrics that create a finished membrane. We have improved on that system over the years including our most recent product additions called PolaraLUM or our new Polastic finishes.
If you are looking for a cost-effective and durable single-ply roofing system for your flat or low-slope roof, a TPO (thermoplastic olefin) membrane may be a solid, cost-effective option. TPO roofing systems are quickly growing in popularity and demand, in both residential and commercial flat roof markets, offering combined benefits of both, EPDM rubber and PVC roofs, but at a more economical cost than PVC but less cost effective than BUR.
EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide. Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas. EPDM is available in both black and white, and is sold a broad variety of widths, ranging from 7.5 feet to fifty feet, and in two thicknesses, 45 and 60 mils.
