When I needed my house reroofed I contacted a few roofing contractors in my area to get an estimate and Mike Hansen Roofings was Johnny on the spot. They helped during the entire process explaining the different types of shingles on the market and the benefits of them. I went with the CertainTeed Northgates which is a 50 year shingle and has a impact rating of 4.
They came out with a professional crew and got the job done with no complaints from start to finishing.everything was cleaned up just the way it was when they showed up to start. Thanks guys!

The Mike Hanson company was a pleasure to work with. They got the roof done in one day and took careful detail to clean-up during and after. They even moved our patio furniture during the job, and used a leaf blower leaving the place extra clean. The employees were professional and respectful. Very pleased with the quality work and how nice our roof turned out!

I requested a skylight and I got one however it was installed the location was incorrect. It was installed 4 feet from where I requested and I was told to deal with it. As if that wasn't bad enough the clean up after the job was greatly lacking. I'm still picking up shingles weeks later. And lastly the bill. Came in $3500 above quote. No communication prior to Bill telling me it would be higher no options just a surprise. I was told many times "I've got 20 years experience" than why wasn't the 3500 in the quote why is my skylight in the wrong place. Be warned don't use this company.

Done in one day, very clean and professional! Showed up to give estimate when promised, tear off started at 800AM and replaced 4000 sq ft roof by 700PM No nails left behind! Licensed, Bonded, Insured, three must for my wife and my State Farm Clients! Would be very comfortable recommending to others, and have done so already!

Signed contract in the middle of Sept for new shingles. I stressed my concerns about getting it done soon, while the weather was nice. I was told that they should get done within the next week or two. The shingles were delivered the next day and sat in my yard for 2 and a half months. I called once or twice a week and was always told that I was next on the list and should be there in the next few days.
Very unprofessional company to deal with. Impossible to talk to Mike, until it comes to getting paid, then he was in constant contact. As far as putting on the actual shingles, they ended up subcontracting it out to a smaller local company. My review is based solely on the business aspect of the company, which was terrible.

Clark with Mike Hansen Roofing was out to estimate a roof, we finally decided, signed paperwork, and then just got a letter from him today returning our initial 50% payment check stating he is retired and hadn't turned the paperwork into the office. In text communications with Clark he led me to believe (several times) that a crew would be doing our roof THIS YEAR yet, but excuse after excuse has led to this point.
Our roof has a leaky spot and thankfully it hasn't rained much. This has been pending since we signed the paperwork and wrote out the check on September 22nd. Very unprofessional and ridiculous.

We have had nothing but problems with this company since we hired them. We thought they would be good after we had storm damage and they helped out with temporarily patching a hole in the roof, but things went bad as soon as we hired them to do the insurance work. They don't seem to be willing to honor contracts and they treat customers horribly.
