Nick gave an honest and CORRECT assessment of work needed to meet roofing code and standards when other companies wanted to simply cut corners. From the time I requested an estimate until final installation, my experience was A++++. Travis was very thorough in explaining the estimate and answered all my questions; pricing was very reasonable for the work to be done. Nick and his crew were efficient in getting the new roof installed which included replacing all the decking; job was completed in one day including excellent cleanup. Hinckley Roofing quickly responded to a repair we needed due to some storm damage. They went above and beyond the repair inspecting all other parts of our roof. Hinckley roofing responded quickly to my frantic call about a roof leak. The original company that installed my roof was no longer to be found. Hinckley responded to my call, and within two hours, they were on my premises. They checked the roof and found an ice dam. something I've never had happen before. My roof was cleared within a half hour. The cost was reasonable, especially with the impending ice and snow storm. I would recommend them to anyone that needs roof work. I have made them the to-call company for any further roof work.

Had some shingles that blew off due to high winds. They came out the same day to do the inspection. Travis was very up front about the price and it was very reasonable. Repair was quick and the guys were very respectful of the property. They also inspected the skylight and gave us a recommendation on replacement. Will definitely have them back out again to look at a new skylight.

I had a few pieces of siding fall from the third story of my home and had an extremely difficult time getting someone out to reattach it. All of the companies I reached out to had serious backlogs. HR Repair was booked out at least four weeks but Dawson was extremely helpful and assured me he would request a rush on my work order. From start to finish, ALL aspects of our dealing with Hinckley Roofing were beyond expectations. Quote from Hinckley was less than 1/2 of two other local roofers for same job. Repair was done professionally, and faster than expected. All scraps were cleaned up and carried away. Would not hesitate in a second to recommend Hinckley Roofing to anyone.

Our roof looks beautiful! Hinckley Roofing replaced a 29 year-old roof and exceeded our expectations from the first contact. Tony went over every detail of their products, services, and warranty. Not only was he extremely informative, he was exceptionally professional and we felt absolutely no pressure. Once we signed the contract and again after services were complete, he sincerely thanked us for our business-which is not something that I hear much these days. A great company to work with. I was on a very tight time table and it took no more than a few weeks to get a quote and roof replaced! Travis the sales rep was super informative, respectful and professional. The install team was great to work around our schedule and replaced the entire roof in 8 hours. A great product and warranty, I would recommend them to anyone!

They installed an roof and some siding from hail damage about 10 years ago. They did a great job and the roof still looks like new. Today I called because I needed a piece of siding to replace where a vent was removed. They had all the records, gave me the style, color and type of siding and directed me to the supplier so I could get a replacement piece. Excellent service.

I cant say enough about Hinckley roofing, besides caring professional outstanding employees and super work they do. This summer my Daughter was killed when a Tree fell on her car in Medina. My grandson has no parents now because his dad died in 2010 and now my Daughter(His Mother).So I am now his guardian. Me and my wife live in Medina in a small 2 bedroom, Now with the addition of my grandson, we needed to accommodate a bedroom for him.

So when we put it out on facebook asking for anyone wanted to help out and donate their time labor or anything, Hinckley Roofing stepped up to the plate big time and donated a new roof not only for the addition but the whole house. I cant thank them enough we could never been able to do this without them. And their workers are very polite and do great work.

Aside from buying a house and a car, getting a new roof is maybe the most expensive purchase you might ever make. So when it was time, we did a LOT of shopping around. Yelp still doesn't have too much for roofing companies, but we used what's on here as well as other research, and we drew up a list of "the best of the best" to come make a bid.

After all this, we chose Hinckley Roofing. Now that the job is done, we're so glad that we did. We learned where a lot of roofers cut corners, and Hinckley did the opposite. They went above and beyond to get the job done right. A lot of houses in this development have the same kind of water issues and problems, but ours was completely fixed by Hinckley. Even after all the work was done, the owner of the company came out to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. It was!

Our previous roof on our new home was installed with really poor workmanship, inexpensive materials, shortcuts, and damaged areas that caused our roof to leak.
