The whole team (from workers to office staff) is very friendly, professional, and helpful. They show up when they say they will, kept to the time frame agreed upon, and the work was perfection (replaced gutters and fascia; repaired rotted roof). We have used them in the past (replaced skylights) and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. We highly recommend them to anyone needing home repairs/improvements!

We hired Alte Exteriors to replace our 27 year old roof and to repair a short section of gutter. They were very professional and did a great job. They arrived when they said they would start and cleaned up after they finished. It took them a little longer to finish up the gutter work but the gutter was done professionally and was exactly what we were looking for. Alte Exteriors replaced the 28 year old roof shingles and skylight on my home. I had originally built the home as a general contractor and have significant experience with contractors. I was very impressed in speaking to William about the scope of the job and my options. He provided excellent information about my roof components and the installation process. Dan Alte coordinated the job and during the installation Dan was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Mike, the project manager, was at the job or available by phone and he also was very responsive to questions.

The roofing team started on the date promised and worked very hard in completing the project. I am very satisfied with the roof and I would strongly recommend Alte Exteriors (and have already!).

We used Alti Exteriors for a small repair after a recent storm. They came recommended from another contractor we were using. So, considering no previous experience with them we were a little apprehensive. Michael Rivera, their project Manager, stopped over, assessed the job, and got back to us shortly after with a quote. The work was completed while we were away on vacation, and we could not be happier. If you're in the market for some repairs or a new roof, I'd recommend you call Alte as soon as possible.

Alte replaced the roof on our home mid Dec of '21. They did a great job, arrived when they said they would and we are very satisfied with the entire experience including the final end product. The crew showed up on time and the project manager checked to see if I had any questions as the job got started. The crew was very professional and completed the job in one day. They made sure my property was clean and in order before leaving my home.

Since the job occurred on a Saturday, the project manager returned on Monday to perform a walk around the property to make sure we were satisfied. Amazing staff. Transparent all the way. Sales team arrived on time. Explained everything clearly. The estimate was emailed same day. Gave me options. Communication was top flight. Kept me posted throughout the entire process. The day of service the salesman arrived first. The techs showed up prepared with all the needed equipment. on time! I had a few other minor issues to address. Done the same day.

Great service- As a new homeowner we didn't know where to turn. We found Alte Exteriors reviews online, I think that goes without saying they are the top rated anywhere locally They sent out mike who evaluated the work. He sent out the proposal. I e-signed it. Work was done within a few days - great great experience all around. I hope all of the contractors I have to come in contact with in the future are half as good as Alte Exteriors

Very pleased with the performance of Alte all around. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly after signing the contract and did the entire job in 1 day. Very professional and met all their promises. Full payment due at the completion of the project, so no down payment and waiting for the work to get done to worry about. Well worth the money.

I am highly recommending Dan and all of the crew with Alte Exteriors. They made the process of getting our solar blinds installed a real joy. They were polite and professional and worked with me and my busy schedule. I recently moved into a new town house and the bedroom had already contains Velux Skylights which I really was fond of. Something I wasn't too fond of was waking up in the morning with the sun right in my eyes.

I contacted dan and told him what I was looking for and he got right on it by ordering the shades. He was great with communicated with me about when they arrived and as soon as they were delivered he was here the next day ready to go. Dan and the crew worked fast and efficient even though they had to do a little extra work because of the way the molding was done before hand.
