Presidio went above and beyond in helping me get my new roof. Nick took the time to work with my insurance company to ensure the item details in my claim estimate were correct. No other company I sought bids from was willing to do this. They replaced my roof quickly and spent the necessary time to thoroughly clean up afterwards. I also appreciated that they repaired areas of my roof that were done incorrectly when the house was built, and followed up with my insurance company to ensure no additional out of pocket costs for me. My wife and I recently had a roof replaced which also included some interior work to replace the drywall ceiling in our garage and bedroom that sustained water damage over the years as well as interior paint and complete gutter replacement. I have to say, Nick with Presidio is very professional and kept in constant contact with us during every step of the process from the initial insurance claim to full project completion. To say we are happy with our choice of choosing Presidio is an understatement and would highly recommend them if you are in need of a new roof!

I have never had a company treat us the way they have. I had so many issues with my home insurance and Tom was there every step of the way and was there to answer any and all of our questions. Had a great experience with presidio installing a new roof in May 2018. He walked us through all the details and was very responsive and supportive answering any insurance ppl questions as well. Work was done promptly and without any issues. Recently we had some damage due to a satellite tearing Parts of the roof. Nick was very responsive and came right away and fixed the issue. No questions asked. Customer service like that is unheard of and we were very pleased with it. Will continue to use presidio for our roofing needs.

We had a fantastic experience with Presidio, and Tom in particular. They worked with us to understand the process, and were upfront and honest about everything. They did our entire roof in a single day, and then helped us sort out subsequent issues when the insurance company was being evasive. The entire process was easy and I would recommend them to anyone!

My roof has leaked continuously since it was put on in April, 2018. They have been out here 5 times for the leaks in the patio and carport and it still leaks. They failed to seal the vent pipe for the furnace and water leaked in every time it rained, ruining the furnace, the insulation and ceiling tiles. Nick Van Slyke will not respond to e-mails although he promised in August the roof would be fixed promptly. After $50,000 I still have a leaking roof. Stay away from this company. They don't care that they warranted the roof for 5 years. Their workmanship is shoddy.
