Kato Roofing is a "Best in Class" business that uses the EOS business system to make sure all issues are handled correctly and in a timely fashion. The employees participate in weekly meetings to voice concerns as well as input on how to improve processes, safety, and team morale. Kato roofing has been active in the community since 1978. Have also recently dealt with a creeper driving one of this company's trucks. Tailgated me on 14 all the way to Home Depot. Even followed me through parking lot and parked directly behind me at Home Depot. Looked in the rearview mirror and the guy was video taping me with his phone. Quickly put his phone down as soon as I got out and faced him. Very creepy, this driver should be looked into. I snapped my own photo of the truck he was driving. Will post photos.
