Hire Katz Roofing about 10 years ago to install new asphalt roof. Initially very happy with service. Provided 15 year warranty. Recently developed roof leak that we wanted them to come out, look at and repair. Not even sure if it was a warranty issue or not, just wanted leak repaired. Six weeks later, still waiting for contact and calls back after initially saying they would be out to look at.
Once they learned we still had the warranty paperwork and sent copies to them, they refused to return our calls, even after stopping in the office to speak with the owner. Office woman called owner while I was in the office, said he would call me later in the afternoon, but nothing. Would not hire them in the future
