Excellent experience with this company. Needed our roof replaced and outer chimney replaced. James, the coordinator was helpful, professional and very informative. The crew came on time and we're awesome. Replaced the roof in one day. Excellent job, cleaned up after. A few days later came back and did the chimney. Just excellent. The owner Louis came by and I was even more impressed. Very professional was very nice, wanted to make sure that we were satisfied. I would recommend LCT to anyone looking for high quality work, and reasonable prices!

LCT roofing installed a new roof for us early April 2022. It was a two (2) day job that stayed on schedule. Oscar and the crew were great, they put up protection to try to spare our plants and bushes. They also were great about cleaning up and even helped me clean the beach next door because of wind the old under-layer material they removed got blown over there.

They also listened to my concerns about a chronic leak. The owner Mr. Luis Castro was also very professional he called me back about rescheduling due to the weather and visited onsite to see about the leak being resolved as well before they wrapped the job. I would definitely recommend them for new roof installation.

Luis and his team were efficient and thorough. They worked long hours to get our whole roof done in cold weather. They should be very proud of their work. The roof looks great. I chose LCT Construction because Mr. Blair was very clear in answering all my questions. The price was right in the middle of the quotes from 4 companies. LCT Construction installed a new roof for me when my old roof began leaking. The old roof was installed by the previous owner over 20 years ago and was in really bad shape. My new roof looks amazing, it totally updated the look of my house. Louis was very friendly and professional. He made sure everything was done properly and in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend LCT Construction and I will be calling them again for more work on my rental property.

Luis Castro provides exceptional service. He and his team are professional, courteous, on-time, cleaned constantly and completed roof and gutter installation in one day. They know their craft and they do it well, the roof and gutters look fabulous. I should have included siding! Would recommend to everyone! The quality of the installation was excellent. All quality materials were used. The team was highly skilled, polite, and courteous. If you want a quality roof installation at a competitive price LCT Construction is highly recommended. After meeting with four different roofing companies, we selected LCT Construction to replace the roof on our house, garage and a room we had added onto the back of our house. At the sales presentation, detailed information was provided on the products and the complete installation process. On the day of the installation, things couldn't have gone any smoother.

The installation team showed up right on time and they were very efficient and professional in all phases of their work -- setup, removal of the old shingles, installation of the new shingles and cleanup when the work was done. The job was complete in one day and the dumpster was removed the next morning. Luis, the owner, showed up three different times during the day to check on the progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product. We now have a beautiful new roof that I know will last for years. I highly recommend LCT and would gladly have them do more work for us in the future.

LCT did a partial re-siding of our house. We went from cedar shakes to cedar planks on 3 sides. The final product is beautiful. Luis was very responsive to our needs and worked closely with us to make sure that all was done to our satisfaction. Next year we will have him come back and finish the rest of the house. The pricing was in the middle, and very reasonable. Very happy with the work and highly recommend!

My whole experience with TLC was wonderful. The person who came to initially give me a quote was friendly and very thorough. He explained everything leaving me with no questions. TLC was very responsive when I called to schedule my Roof installation and I was able to schedule it sooner than expected. The day of installation went very smoothly. It was a 90° day yet everyone worked tirelessly till the job is done.

We've needed to replace our 30 year old roof for a while. We contacted 5 people of whom 4 responded. One was a 2 hour sales pitch who refused to write up the quote and offered a 10% discount for an online review ahead of time. One quoted the job without a visit. Another used sub-par materials and charged the same. And then there was LCT Construction: an excellent experience from start to finish.

The man who did the quote arrived on time, explained the process, provided the quote with a folder with samples & the warranty information. Questions were answered clearly and the job was booked for the next week. The day of the installation, the crew arrived on-time and ready to work. Luis is a consummate professional who works along side his crew, and provides updates as needed.

His crew has the process down to an efficient art form. They arrived at 7:30 and were cleaned up and gone by 3:00 - leaving a beautiful new roof and no trash. Highly recommended.

We are pleased and honored to provide a recommendation for LCT Construction & Services. This has been an A+++++ experience from the minute I called the main office to schedule the appointment for an estimate to the completion of the job. Having dealt with contractors for many several years, it was a huge relief to finally find a contractor that is reliable, trustworthy, fair, honest, and professional and delivered on the quality of workmanship and customer service.

The LCT team also makes safety priority one. The LCT team used safety harnesses & other safety gear when working on our roof. The LCT Team also completely wrapped our home in protective felt when they were carefully scraping off the old shingles. During the job the owner of the company (Luis) was up on the roof working alongside his team & then down below cleaning up with them.

We just had our roof done from LCT Construction out of Hopedale. They did an excellent job. The employees were very friendly and helpful. They get the shingles locally from Certainteed which is right next to where I live in Norwood. Not only did they repair some things we had wrong with the roof and do all of the work for ice dam prevention and so forth but they gave us a great price on fixing some siding and getting the exact vinyl color match.

We needed a repair where our oil to nat gas conversion was done. Also a cable company was responsible for a shutter that ripped off my home from a low hanging wire last Fall. LCT gave us a quote right away for the company to repair it,or a price to replace all of our shutters if we wanted (I wanted to change the color anyway). The pricing can't be beat!

The owner and employees are friendly and even came back AFTER snow melted to try and find any more nails with their magnet.
PS I did all of my homework regarding licensing, certification from CertainTeed and so forth. They're up to date on all of those items.
