Have to post this unfortunately. Lutz roofing suggested a recent maintenance of a commercial roof on a building we recently purchased. After discussing the issues, I agreed to the work. Here we are thousands of dollars and 3 leaks later, trying to figure out what went wrong. I am so displeased with not only the recommended work, but the way this company tries to take no responsibility for the quality of what they do.

I would absolutely give zero stars if possible, my advice would be to steer clear of Lutz roofing. Great Salesforce, but absolutely no customer service when things go wrong. Shame on you guys.
