I want to share my unpleasant experience with Mario's unprofessionalism. I asked Mars Roofing to come provide a quote. Mario texted me at 3pm all of a sudden telling me he's coming over now. We did not have prior communication to establish a date and time that we were both available. He did not ask me if that was a good time, so I wasn't home and replied I wouldn't be home until after 4pm.
I arrive at my house with him parked and the first thing he said was "Where's the issue, I've been waiting for you for an hour". I responded, "You need to provide me notice", and he shrugged it off. He wasn't interested and refused to wear a mask.

Have used Mars for several projects but not satisfied with our sunroom window replacements. They are a crank style and one window has never closed properly at the top. I had to contact the window company and have been waiting for someone from Mars to come and adjust the window with a special tool I received. Otherwise they have done great jobs.

Mars helped me get my house ready to sell. I needed work done both inside and outside the house. They put new shingles on the house and replaced all the siding with Hardieplank. They also painted the exterior of the house and a small shed. Inside the painted some of the interior rooms and did some drywall repair. I am very happy with the result I worked with David Boyles and his team and they did a great job. I would definitely use them again.
