Had my metal roof replaced by Metroc in 2012. From 2012 to 2018 my roof had several leaks and I could not get anyone to come and assess the issues or repair them. The owner of the company tried telling me that the installation warranty had expired and would not help me. Finally I wrote to the Better Business Bureau and all of a sudden a tech was available to come repair the damage.
That tech fell off my roof breaking his leg in several locations and did not finish the repairs. Fast forward again. another tech came out and immediately identified some installation deficiencies with the roof, but with no approval to repair anything or materials to do so the technician poured silicone to it and called it good. Not what one would expect from a near $40,000.00 roof. The previous owner who founded the company is appalled at what has happened to the business he built.
