Customer service was amazing. The door didn't get here for a few months, but that wasn't their fault. They were very friendly when we would call for updates. When we we received the door we noticed it didn't come with handles on either side of the door and when I explained to them about it, they had someone come over the following work day to get some put on. They did a great job putting in the new door. Definitely recommend Overhead Door Company of Mason City!

The Tech answered all my questions and explained what he was doing to fix my problem. He was courteous as well as quick to take care of my problem. I will certainly call Overhead Door Company again with any issue I may have.

Overhead Door of MC came the next day when our door stopped working. They repaired our old door and made it operable while we waited for our new one. The installer of our new door was efficient and courteous. We chose a dark green door to accent our taupe house. It is stunning. Thank you for a job well done.

Overhead door company immediately came to look at our opener to determine why it was not functioning, in a snow storm! Once determined it was outdated and couldn't be fixed a quote was sent and 2 days later the install was completed! Very satisfied!

Great Company. I will be a return customer. I had an issue with my garage door getting stuck open and they went out of their way to get it fixed promptly and quickly. They also went above and beyond by lubricating it and replacing the bottom seal.

I'm an old hobby farmer with some horses. Unbeknownst to me, there is some maintenance required on these pullup garage doors. And, I've gotten too weak to push them over on their wheels, to realign the door. That's what I learned. Grease those bigass springs twice a year so they don't bind up (like mine did) and WD-40 the hinge jts and the wheels.

Who knew? I do, now. My hope is that I am charged for the lesson, accordingly, and the trip charges split among other jobs in my area. My WD40 and my grease were applied. He was here less than 30 minutes. I am glad to have learned this lesson and my doors close, just in time for snowfall! Thank you!

The two young men who installed the door were friendly, courteous, and very good at their job. It didn't take long to take out the old door and install the new one. We even had a small issue with another door installed a year ago, and they were happy to fix that too. Took only a few minutes to get it done. This company has always been a pleasure to work with.

Quick, pleasant response. Installers however did not come to door at the appointment start. They were at the neighbors house and entered their property before clarifying right place. Work itself great! Quick, competent and got the job done.

Very pleased with the installation of my two garage doors. Installer was professional and did an outstanding job of installing them both. He noticed two small dings in one panel and said he documented them and would order a new one and install it when it came in. The great thing about Overhead doors of Mason City is the service doesn't stop there. I had another home they had installed a door and I had an issue with the door a few years later. My garage door quit working about 2/3 of the way down on a Sunday morning. I called the Overhead Door Company in Mason City to get a quote and timeline on Monday for replacing all the hardware and motors for two doors (It was time to upgrade). I received the quote within an hour of talking with Mike. Later that same day I got a call from Mike letting me know they could come by on Tuesday morning to replace everything. The technician was on time and had everything completed and walked me through the functions. Great job by everyone I had contact with. Would definitely recommend!

This was my first experience with Overhead Door of Mason City and it was a good one. I'm about 40 miles away from them so anticipated a wait but was wrong. They came to evaluate my problem very promptly. A part had to be ordered and they returned with it in just a short time. The 2 repairmen were nice, friendly. Another call did need to be made for a small adjustment and this next fellow appeared promptly and resolved the issue. He too was real nice and very helpful. My family has been using Overhead Door in Mason City for years and we're very happy with their products and service. A few Saturdays ago, a belt on our door opener broke so I filled out a service request online. A service tech came out Monday and replaced it in less than an hour. They had installed the opener many years ago and saw that it was still covered under the warranty so we were only charged for the service call. I highly recommend them.

Torsion spring broke, the bar was bowed, and cable line snapped, and overhead door explained hours, prices and scheduling very clear. The repair person was polite, hard working and very easy to talk to, not only repaired what was wrong but also oiled all the rollers and hinges, the door runs smoother and quieter, better than it has in years, I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE WORK HE DID THANK YOU OVERHEAD DOOR
