We purchased a home February 2020 and along with the purchase came a letter from Mike Priebe stating that there are roof concerns and due to the weather, they cannot be corrected until the spring which is understandable. I contacted the office as well as Mike personally for months to try to get them to my home to correct the roof. It was not until OCTOBER 2020 that they finally showed up to check the concern.
The concern was not corrected and they stated that they would be back to fix it. It is currently June 2021 and my roof is still leaking causing additional damage to my porch ceiling. I have been attempting to contact this company on a daily basis with no return calls or communication.

I received hail damage to my roof and met with Mike Priebe and he joined me when the insurance inspector came and without Mike's help in pointing out the damage I might not have gotten approval. They used great materials, their crew was fast and friendly, they did the teardown and new roof in one day! Services: Roof repair, Roof repair for storm & wind damage

These guys are great to work with! About a year after Priebe Roofing replaced our roof, we noticed one of our skylights had a leak. It looked like it was coming from the roof so we called with our concern. Mike came out right away and following his inspection, he had one his employees come back to repair. Mike is prompt and true to his word. Highly recommend.

I called Priebe to address some warranty work 10-yrs after our roof was installed. They were in the midst of owner/management changes when we contacted them. I understood and committed to being patient through the process. Warranty work completed, we were pleased enough to contract Priebe again for siding/windows. Again happy with the work. The Priebe team was extremely transparent about management changes and very determined to offer top service. Everything worked out well and I am glad we had the ability to be patient.

Very poor customer service. My dad got a roof thru them, a few years later started leaking. Guy came out looked and said hed caulk a pinhole size hole in the chimney area. Started leaking again the next day and couldn't be bothered to return any of the 4 messages I left. Was forced to go elswhere, wish he had from the start
