Navarro Roofing installed the roof on a house we recently purchased. After a small rain shortly after closing we noticed a small water leak at what appeared to be a seam in the gutter. After contacting the builder it turns out that a metal fabricator installed all the gutters and that firm is no longer in business. I called John for help and he was more than happy to meet me at the house and climb on the roof.

No small feat given the access cover to the roof weighs about 100 pounds. The roof his folks installed looked great and it appeared the caulking on one of the seams needed to be reapplied. While this was a small job for his company his folks were great to work with. In addition, he noticed that the roof hatch was not stainless metal and was beginning to corrode, his folks cleaned, primered and applied rustoleum to seal the hatch. I would absolutely use Navarro Roofing in the future.

I would recommend Navarro Roofing to everyone Very professional and everything was right on schedule from tearing off the existing roof to city inspection. We were expecting some delays, materials etc, because of covid but everything went so smoothly. The bid included everything, there were no surprises

I'm a single woman that just purchased an end unit townhome. I noticed myself, that I had a shingle missing. I called several roofers and this gentleman is the only one that got back to me. He came out the very same day that I called him just to check it out. He said he'd be out in a few days to come repair it. He came out a day early. Went up on the roof fixed my shingle and address some other situations up there for me.

And it was a very very fair price. Not only is this man knowledgeable but he's prompt he's responsible and he's not a rip-off. It's hard to find good Business people these days and honest contractors. When I need a new roof this gentleman and his company is going to get the job. John is a great roofer. Been in business for over 20 years. These guys are skilled in metal roofing, custom copper and more. Navarro Roofing is respected in the industry as well.

Shoddy & over-priced. Navarro did some work for our HOA. The workers were slow as molasses, were not competent at the work they carried out (replacing some decking) and did a very shoddy job. The HOA President had to act as foreman, as the owner only showed up when a complaint was made, and then just shrugged his shoulders. The job was a pure rip-off.

Ok finally I get my roof done it's about time with help of Navarro roofing I honestly thought it would take longer the guys it look easy my home look makes it difference I'm hoping it would add value to my appraisal finally No more leaky roof I'm so happy.

Don't bother calling these guys. They came out and gave me an estimate on a new roof. City didn't approve it, but I needed small sun-room roofed. They gave me an estimate. I tried to get a schedule and work out the details for 3 weeks with no response! Do you really want to trust your roof AND your money to a company that ignores you? Good luck getting them to come out for any warranty work after the job is done and your check is already cashed. HA!

Navarro roof was impossible to get a hold of. When the owner finally sent his nephew or some other young person to take measurements, they never even got back to us with a quote. Obviously, we went with a more customer-service oriented company.

He did my roof as well as some neighbors and friends. He replaced my Spanish style clay tile roof in the early 2000's and it is still nice. It turned out well for me, so I woud recommend him based on that.

Navarro Roofing removed an old roof and installed a new composition shingle roof. They were prompt and professional. All the work was performed on a timely schedule and John was a pleasure to deal with. Recently had issue with the roof and John came out to look at issue. I will follow up with the resolution.

They had to come out more than once to fix leaking issues since our round of rains at the beginning of the year. From reading an other reviews sounds like it's common. Unbelievable. One Month & because this idiots removed the satellite dishes (ours, lucky us!), a few of us are still without satellite service. Next truthful review, WinHome Services Property Management for not doing their research hiring this lousy roofing contractor and for turning their nose the other way and not taking full responsibility for this issue, nor attempting to resolve it but rather continue to take the rents in full.

How did things start. I contacted the company and an estimate was done. They started shortly after and did a fantastic job. The estimate was for 10,000 and at the end, it came to be 15,000. I was told they would keep the inside of my garage clean however that was not done. When the staff left each night, the place was spotless. Not a nail on the ground.

The job was to take about 4 days however it was longer. I know I paid extra for this roof as other companies did give me a lower quote however the lower quote is not always the best. I spoke to John a number of times. I sure wish he would had come over to my home so I could had met him. I thought he would like to see what type of job his staff is doing.

I was very pleased with the quality of the roof. I had it inspected upon completion by the City of Downey. It was done well. I must say, I would recommend this company. Are you kidding me! I live nearby to one of their roof jobs and tomorrow will be three weeks. From the beginning, with tearing off the old roof it has been a nightmare. Once the shingles were done flying, a guy with a leaf blower decided to blow twenty years plus of dirt onto the side of my house, in my attic vents, in my driveway, and all over my truck.

No consideration for the neighbors what so ever. With a very loud radio every day, they finish the day with blowing red clay from the cut tiles onto my house and driveway. Not on my truck, I have to park it in the street. Wait, I can' t park in my driveway because they do not have consideration for the neighbors. I will let all my family, friends, and neighbors know this is one roofing company NOT to use. A lot of roof jobs have been done by word of mouth! The never ending job. DO NOT USE this messy & inconsiderate company!

Navarro Roofing did a great job putting a new roof on my home and patching up termite eaten or rotting wood areas. John is a great guy with a lot of integrity and class. They had a good price and very high quality of work. John and his crew know what they're doing. I highly recommend them.

I had an entryway added to my home in Eagle Rock. I contacted a few roofing companies to get quotes. Only a couple ever bothered to contact me back. Navarro roofing called back the same day. They gave me a competitive quote and considering the great communication I had with them from the start, it was an easy decision to contract them. Navarro roofing came out to the house a few days later and finished all the work in one day.

They laft the place so clean, I wouldn't have known they were there. When the stucco was finished, they came back out to install the coping. Again - clean beautiful job. I appreciate the great job Navarro roofin did on my home. Thank you!
