He was professional, polite, honest, and the work his people did on our roof turned out beautifully! I never thought I'd find a roof beautiful, but after seeing the end result, it really was to me! I was very happy with Ottens work, my roof looks great and they were the best price around! The only critique I have is when they reroofed my garage I wish they had told me to cover things up with in the garage b/c small bits of asphalt, dirt and such rained down and made a mess. But overall they did a wonderful job!

From the very start the owner, Scott, was easy to work with and very responsive. The installation itself turned out great! His crew was focused and tidy the entire time (which was a big deal for us with two dogs). We had agreed on a drip edge color and when Scott arrived on the jobsite, he offered me his opinion as if it were his house. The decision was much appreciated and his recommendation really made a positive difference. Would recommend this company to anybody.

Absolutely nothing but perfection from Ottens! I recently had extensive flat roof repair which involved complete tear down and placement of decking and joist repair. He finished with a new gutter replacement. The workmanship and finished product is beautiful. A few years ago I had Otten's repair a raised area of the roof that was situated over a small office.
That area looks as good today as it did when it was first installed. That was actually why I chose him again. Prices are completely reasonable and Scott is such a nice person to deal with. No crazy salesman bulls#%t. Just honest professional communication. I can't say enough good things about Otten's.

We highly recommend Otten Custom Roofing. After 35 years, we needed our wood soffit and fascia replaced. We chose the company that also did our roof many years ago. The crew was skilled, personable and went the extra mile to ensure a quality result. The price was reasonable and fair. The new aluminum looks beautiful and will be maintenance free. My experience with Otten's was First Class, they repaired and replaced the roof on my garage, replaced the side door, window, and siding. They were very professional and friendly. Totally thrilled with their work. It has rained very hard since completion and I can say the work was perfect. The roof needed lots of repair and they make it structurally sound again. Highly recommend Otten's Custom Roofing.
